Carr’s Mike Towing Service

Our Durango has a keyless ignition, and this past spring, we got the dreaded «No Fob Detected» error when attempting to start it. We had no choice but to have it towed to the dealership. When we called Chrysler Roadside Assistance, they sent Mike. The biggest reason for a 5-​star review is Mike’s integrity. While attempting to find the manual gearshift, he mistakenly cracked the center cup holder. It wasn’t until arrival at the dealership that we learned Mike already paid in advance for the repair. Mistakes are inevitable. It’s nice to find an honest business who will take the initiative on making it right! Mike has earned a lifelong customer.
