As a child I have spent a great deal of time with my grandmother who was an excellent cook. She taught me about her diversified recipes and preparation secrets and in so doing launched my passion for cooking. This led to attending culinary school in NYC for 2 years, at which time I graduated. Witch i worked under many people like Cake Man Raven or The Crown Plaza, The Water Club and many other places. My one role model was Cake Man Raven who showed me that hard work and great dedication pays off in the long run and in doing so years later i open my own catering business «Chase & Edelyn Catering «. My main role in my company is to make all my customer satisfy wether its the smallest thing, trying to get every little detail as possible to make there dream birthday, wedding, business event or any occasion a dream come true. I love to show the passion of my work in the art of my food with every little detail displaying wonderful works of art.
