Mr. Fine is a graduate of Gonzaga University School of Law. Initially working for the law firm of Labella Chassie & Leffler in Middletown from 1991 until 1993, Mr. Fine opened up his own practice in Monticello, New York in 1993. For the past six years Mr. Fine has been the partner in charge of the Workers’ Compensation and Social Security Disability practice at the law firm of Rourke Fine & Janusas Mr. Fine has been representing injured workers throughout the Mid-​Hudson Valley for the past 22 years. In addition to handling Workers’ Compensation and Social Security Disability claims, Mr. Fine handles matters in the area of Real Estate, Wills & Estates, Criminal Law and Family Law.
