Don’t look for honesty or logical service from this company. They are very limited and selective with what they do regarding pool servicing. They are happy to order parts for you, and of course tack on a service charge, but that’s where it stops. «We can order the part for you, but we won’t put it in.» That’s what I got from them. We don’t repair this, we don’t repair that, meanwhile, they DID repair the exact same issue 2 years ago.
Better to go with another company. Pool FX in Middletown is more than happy to fix all my pool issues from start to finish.
It’s very frustrating when one tries to use local businesses instead of outsiders, and local business makes it impossible to use them.
