Shoe Fantasy

Had an amazing experience here! Bought my daughters, son, and husband new shoes and some Jordan clothes!

I purchased a pair of vans for my nephew. The girl who helped me was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to get a perfect size without him being here.

Store completely empty. Many choices for socks, but they did not have the kind you need for Pop Physique. The store lady kept on trying to steer me towards different kinds of socks even though I kept explaining that I couldn’t use those. Very annoying.

I came in on a Sunday after getting some coffee bean, there was some up beat music playing and I was greeted by the girl that was already helping someone. I walked around and saw some converse at the back wall. She noticed and asked if I would like to try any my size as she gave the other customer her shoes. That was nice to see because usually I wait whenever I go shoe shopping if others are being helped.
She suggested the lace-​less ones and told me that they are usually bigger than whats printed so i got 1 size smaller than my usual and she was right, they did fit much better than previous pairs I’ve gotten. This place offers better deals than the big name stores so I feel like I lucked out finding it.
Great service and shoe knowledge, clean store, and a good variety.

Had a great experience here today.
I called asking about shoelaces yesterday and Nina explained to me the ratio of holes in the shoe to the lengths of the shoelace which was extremely helpful for me to figure out what laces I needed for my Nikes. Nina was very polite and patient over the phone and that was much appreciated.
I come in today to check out the laces they had in stock and Nina immediately knew my name, stopped whatever she was doing, and quickly came to greet me from upstairs. The laces she told me about over the phone were the exact ones I was looking for she rang me up accordingly. While I was weaving the new laces in my shoes, Nina was very personable and talked to me about my life, food, her kids. Just a very sweet woman.
She told me about the promotions they had in the store (which were really good deals, specifically on the converse) and was not pushy whatsoever.
I highly recommend this place if you want a wonderful, pleasant experience buying some shoes. Again, I recommend checking out their converse selection. They have a wide range to choose from.
I’ll be sure to give them my business again soon because Nina was such a sweetheart.

Decided to stop by Shoe Fantasy because I was in search for a pair of Converse and I was too lazy to deal with Nordstrom/​Americana and Famous Footwear doesn’t carry Converse in half sizes for whatever reason. I came despite the 1.5 star review because let’s face it: I’m just trying to exchange currency for a pair of shoes not spend hours being pampered or whatever.
When I walked in, it was awkwardly super quiet: no music or anything. I thought I was alone in the store until I spotted a small girl behind the counter. I said hi, she said hi and to let her know if I needed anything. I just walked to the Converse section and showed her what I wanted and in what size. She verified that I was a 7.5 in Converse (because Converse run super big. I normally wear 9) and made her trek upstairs to find my shoes. She came back down, gave me my shoes, and returned to the counter. I tried it on, made sure they felt good, and headed to the counter to pay. They were cheaper than normal ($ 45 instead of $ 50) so I was stoked.
Overall, a decent shoe store if you know what you’re looking for. I don’t know why everyone expects to be waited on hand and foot. The biggest issue I had with the store is why it was so creepily quiet.

Unilocal! Can’t you give us an opportunity to give negative stars??? My wife and I were having coffee and we were thinking where we could buy shoes for our daughter. We knew that there was a shoe fantasy but not sure where. We passed by coffee bean and it caught my wife eye. We walked in, and there was one girl putting shoes back in their place on the shelves. We did not get a greeting, we were not even acknowledge while being inside the store. She did not ask us any questions, ask if we needed anything, or if there’s anything in particular that we are looking for. Actually, she looked pretty miserable in my opinion. My wife and I started looking at different shoes for our two-​year-​old, and did not get any help whatsoever. We could not find anything that was to our liking. As we are about to leave we noticed that our daughter needed to be changed so we asked the girl if there was any place that we could change her diaper. She stated that there was no place to change her. No problem, totally understood. When we left, went to our car and went back to honolulu, and while passing by the store again we saw her sitting in the middle of the store Ironing her hair. We were like What the heck??! What kind of business allows their employee to do something like that!!! Give no attention to customers, then ironer hair in the middle of the store?! She gave more attention to her hair then the customers of the store! LOL.
I don’t know what kind of place this is but it could totally pass for a company that likes to launder money And just has a storefront or something. With the way this business is run, there is no way they can stay in business much longer.
The other two reviews written for this place are spot on, you can only Fantasize about buying shoes, not actually get shoes. Don’t even bother wasting your time seeing if the reviews for this place are legit. You will be disappointed!
All I can say is STAY AWAY!

How is this store open? Are you kidding me? The «girls» who work here are awful.
I walked in, NO ONE anywhere. Made eye contact with 2 women eating in the door way of the storage room. NOT A WORD OF A GREETING!
I looked at 3 different shoes, within 10 feet of these women. Not a word.
I walked out and grabbed my 3 boys. I needed 3 pairs of $ 50 PURPLE Vans. Their grandma’s funeral is in 3 days, her favorite color was purple, we wanted to honor her and wear purple shoes.
ALL 3 boys grabbed shoes off the wall, 10 feet from these women, «i want these!» «what size am I» «can we all get them» NOT ONE WORD or movement from the women. My boys are NOT quiet.
I announced, «Forget it, we will go somewhere else, these people do not want our business!» we walked out, and NOT ONE WORD or movement from these women.
Must have been some AWSOME lunch! Gave up a $ 200 sale!
The «Fantasy» of this store is that they are there to make a sale! Seems like they are there for lunch and a chat as KevninA. mentioned!

When you think of the name … I’m like, «So I should be fantasizing about shoes?» haha no!

I came here after grubbing some Ice cream trying to get my shoe game on point!
I wasn’t too thrilled since the people behind the register were choppin it up (two chicks) talking up a storm! I wanted to COP some jack parcels, but they neglected to ask us for any help, plus, I got this ERRRRRIEEEE feeling in there, like there was a ghost or something …
I bounced to the ounce and decided to spend my hard earned cash elsewhere! May be I will hit up the clearance kicks if I’m back in the hood!
No offense to the girls working there, but for the most part, if a customer walks into your establishment, make some effort to greet them or acknowledge that they are in your store! I wanted to drop a BILL on some kicks! But instead, you guys were talking about whose period last longer … Not cool …
