Please do not use this agent, his office has no idea how to handle paperwork and manage accounts in a fair manner. Our account transferred to him when our old agent left. We have used automatic payment for years and suddenly it was canceled because their office messed up paperwork in the transfer. Instead of apologizing for their errors they made and fixing the our account, we suddenly starting getting phone calls badgering us for a payment. They never apologized for their mistake. In fact when we attempted to transfer to another agent, they essentially held our account hostage until we made a double payment claiming we know owned them a deposit. Do not use this agent, he and his office have no idea how to manage an account or how to treat long standing customers with common courtesy.
