Sparklean Inc.

I have used Sparklean 2 times now, once for a move out and once while 9 months pregnant. Both times I have been super impressed with their work and definitely consider myself a repeat customer. The quality of work is high, the ladies are very nice, and they are fast!

As busy working parents the last thing we want to do is to spend the little time we have together cleaning. We have used a few different cleaning companies in the past and we have found ourselves dissatisfied regularly. Sparklean started off strong with quality cleaning service, but after time quality went down hill.

We are homeowners here in the Springs and have spent the last two + years away from our home. We had renters in it the entire time. The First were great the other ones well… needless to say I walked into a DISGUSTING house. To make matters worse I have a management company that was suppose to be inspecting the house on a regular basis. Needless to say I wouldn’t let my dog step foot into the mess that we walked into. The owner of sparklean came to the house and saw how upset I was. She simply stated we will make it great for you. I am not sure they realized what they were getting themselves into. After about 5 hours of cleaning, My house looked absolutely amazing. There wasn’t a surface that didn’t get cleaned. After they cleaned each area they asked me to do an inspection on it and not a thing was found! They made my kitchen look brand new, and let me tell you I couldn’t even open the stove without gagging. I felt confident that my food wouldn’t be infected just by putting it in the fridge. They cleaned vents, baseboards, fans, even the hard to reach places like behind the fridge and stove… yes they actually moved all my appliances… without being asked to do so. They had a smile on their faces the entire time they were cleaning, and even gave me some tips on cleaning. I am going to start using them for a Monthly deep cleaning. Try them I promise you won’t be disappointed.

We rented a house sight unseen (ya I know some may cringe but when you are renting in the $ 2,500/mo range your expectations are a bit higher than say a $ 500/​mo apartment) and when we arrived it was not very clean. Sure the landlord had steam cleaned, etc but the overall cleanliness was not up to our standard. There was toothpaste on the mirrors, dirty baseboards and light switches, etc. Sarklean was quick to respond and was able to get in and clean in our limited window (we wanted to unpack)! The two girls were at the house for 7 hours and deep a very good job of getting the house where it should have been when we moved in.
We are having them back in March for a standard clean and I am sure we will be pleased.

I can’t believe anyone would give Mandy less than five stars! We had a «rush/​urgent» move out situation and the owner came again, herself, with a crew to get the job done in time.
The house we were leaving was nearly trashed and Mandy and her crew actually got our property management company to say, «Wow — this was one of the cleanest properties a tenant has ever left us.» Little did they know how it looked three days before Mandy arrived… she bagged up ROOMS full of trash, came in herself, and the house looked *darn good* when they were done.
I liked her service so much I hired her to do bi-​monthly cleanings on the new house we bought.

I hired them for a «deep cleaning» and unfortunately they fell short. :-(
I think I got more of a «regular cleaning» for $ 250. Two girls arrived; and they seemed professional & friendly. Once they got the upstairs done, I went up to review the work and they left a lot untouched — lamps, my office desk, blinds, window sills and the top of the shower (tiles). I told Amber about it, she did a great job in following up. I checked the downstairs, it looked MUCH better — or so I thought. I asked the other gal if she wiped down the bottles on top of the kitchen cabinets, she said yes when it should’ve been a NO.
The owner, Mandy, came out HERSELF the next day to finish the job, which I thought was awesome and pretty stoked about! She got rid of this gunk on our handrails, mopped our floors properly and got to those bottles in the kitchen.
But after she left, I realized the other girls forgot more things — never wiped down the light switches and didn’t wipe down our dining room chairs (although they wiped down the table). I hate having to follow cleaning services around — which apparently I should’ve done with these girls…
*Sigh* Maybe this was an ‘off’ day considering they have high reviews on Angies List & Home Advisor? I won’t be calling them again — I can spend MUCH LESS on a regular cleaning with another company. :-(
