Moore Express Urgent Care

This urgent care is fantastic. They get you in very quickly, and Dr. Young is very friendly and helpful.
The nurses and staff there are awesome as well.

I have never been this infuriated in a very long time. I’m actually an easy going guy! As my sick 3year old with a high temp and I walk up to the clinic door, before their scheduled closing time posted on their web site, in Google, and on their door, a lady dressed like a hooker (verified with staff) comes out the front door of the clinic and passes us at 723pm, She does not make eye contact with me, falls into almost a run to her big truck, whipping her head away as we pass. I said to myself «either she just robbed this place, or, she was just diagnosed with a Sexually Transmitted Disease, OR, that was the doctor leaving early and we are really screwed!» Front desk said doctor but it could have been a PA too. Well guess what? It was the doctor or PA! And, to make this urgent care clinic’s open hours, made me too late to make others in the area that close at 730 and even 8PM! Front desk staff apologized profusely and they knew they were in the wrong too, admitted the doctor left early, and knew that I was highly upset. My daughter throws up all over my vehicle as we go to leave. I have used this urgent care many times in the past (in five plus years probably 40+ minimum for my four person family) but this will be absolutely THE LAST TIME. My question is this, if the doctor leaves early like this, walks past a clearly sick individual (I stepped out of the way to allow her to exit) and keeps going, what other corners are they cutting!!! I’m seeing Unilocal RED right now and it’s already been a couple of hours for me to cool off. Caution, their signage says «MOORE URGENT CARE» the internet calls them «MOORE EXPRESS URGENT CARE» and «MOORE EXPRESS». I’d welcome anyone from this business to contact me, you have my contact info from past visits at your front desk.
