Worst Subway experience ever. I placed a call in order and told them my wife was going to pick it up. As my wife got here, it was the dinner rush. As she was going through the line she said my husband has a call in order. They instructed her that if she wanted the two sandwiches made at the same time that she have to get out of line to wait for the people in line to get there’s finished first. Are you kidding me! What’s the difference between having the paper in front of you when someone calls in to order when someone’s going to pick it up AND order a sandwich, and not having a person in line with you? Both sandwiches would have been made at the same time if she’d told them my order!!! What’s the fkin difference?! So when I called the store back to discuss the issue and spoke with the shift leader as there is no manager there at 7:00 in the evening,(Melissa) not only was I met with disdain, blaming my wife(!), but also all out disrespect(interrupting me over and over again) trying to make sure HER point was gotten across; toss mine, THECUSTOMER’S, in the trash.
