Called to schedule an inspection. Friday 8 – 10. They called the night before to confirm the address. Also called about 7:30am that morning to re-confirm. Looking good! Sounds great! On track. The tech said«It will be closer to 10am than 8am.» Great! Helpful to know! 10am rolls around. Nothing. 11am rolls around. Nothing. 12pm rolls around. No tech. Epic fail, Terminix. Sorry, you lost my business. Not the way I wanted to spend my day off.

I created an account with Terminix on April, 2015, the service went well and the technician showed up on time. However, after that first appointment I was not able to get them back to my house. Every time I scheduled an appointment they would cancel it without letting me know and they would always switch it to a date and time that was inconvenient for me. I’ve tried rescheduling five times and each time they cancelled my appointments or changed it to a date and time that didn’t work for me, forcing me to reschedule once again. On Oct. 2015, I called to cancel my account but was talked into giving them a second chance. The day my appointment was, I got a call from the technician confirming that I would be at my house, but 1 min. until the time of my appointment he called and cancelled saying«something came up». I gave them too many chances and they failed to keep my business. If you want to use a company that keeps rescheduling your appointments without your knowledge, then this is the company for you.

Entirely aggressive and rude when I called to make an appointment told me I would have to move all of my furniture around remove all of my pets for three days the person who I spoke to was entirely rude and started yelling at me to find a new business and I was nothing but polite would not recommend to anyone.

Been a customer of Terminix for over 20 years and until the past two years they were extremely reliable and kept appointments. Lately they have failed to show up at the time they give in their notification call at least 6 times for the termite bait station inspections. Called numerous times and spoken with two liaison specialists but no improvement and they missed not only the automated appointment but also the rescheduled appointment even after calling the same day saying they were running late. Pest control is great but how can you recommend a business that operates like this and has a 48 hour call back time when you have an issue with the service you are paying for. I believe they are owned by Servicemaster which is even more ironic since service is their shortcoming.

Oh Terminix, you were so close to getting my bona fide unqualified endorsement despite your franchiseness. There’s lots to like about you; after we got off on the wrong foot with that first knucklehead, you’ve hooked me up with a guy who’s friendly, a pro, competent and willing to follow up with treatments in a reasonable time. You even have a serviceable, state of the art circa 2009 website for me to handle bill payment and scheduling. I just wish you wouldn’t have called me and gotten borderline aggressive with me just because I filled out a survey your own company sent and didn’t give you a score you thought was high enough. That was a bit extreme, especially because everyone knows you’re going to charge a little more to cover franchise expenses, etc. And the fact that it took one phone call to have my price drop $ 20 a session doesn’t make me feel good that I got a discount, it just makes me feel like I was overpaying long before this. So I’ve got a good lead on a replacement, and I think we’ll be parting ways soon. But you weren’t at all bad. You’re just a little pricey, and you got a little paranoid and stalkerish when I admitted some things could be better. But competence is worth a lot, so kudos for that. Update: An «Ashley M» sent me a message through Unilocal asking me to contact them to «address this concern.» But she signed her email as Barbara H. So I’m guessing it’s some kind of central account? It was nice of them to reach out, I suppose.

They would not quit calling me. They schedule their own appointments and then call the day before to tell you when they will be there. I quit using their services, because I was tired of the constant calls for services and«sales». They did however get rid of the bugs.
