History

Established in 1992.

Therapy in Motion was created in 1992, and has the reputation of establishing innovative, outpatient physical therapy clinics that cater to the individual needs of all patients. Therapy In Motion is owned and operated by physical therapists and, as an independent practice, has no legal association with any physician group, hospital, insurance company, or corporate structure. This autonomy provides therapists opportunities to customize patient care and services.

Therapy In Motion, founded on the commitment to excellence, believes in the importance of providing comprehensive musculoskeletal evaluation and treatment in an environment that is conducive to both personal and professional patient care. Offering hands-​on manual therapy, therapists assist patients in their efforts to return to fully functioning pain-​free lifestyles. Therapists utilize a team approach to maximize the well being of patients.

Meet the Manager

Scott B.

Manager

Scott is the clinical director of the Moore clinic. In June of 2005, Scott completed his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the Arizona School of Health Sciences. Prior to earning his D.P.T., Scott attended the University of Oklahoma where he earned a B.S. in Physical Therapy in 1998 and a B.S. in Health and Sports Science in 1996. He began his education at Seward County Community College in Liberal Kansas where he attended school on a baseball scholarship, and earned an Associate of Arts degree in 1986. Scott is a skilled therapist with a wide range of clinical experience including rehabilitation of spinal dysfunction, sports related injuries, injuries sustained from motor vehicle accidents, and total joint replacements. He is also a clinical instructor and supervises physical therapy students from universities across the nation. He is a member of the APTA and OPTA. Scott and his family have lived in Norman since 1993. He is married to Janie. They have two children, Katy and Sean.
