History

Established in 2009.

In 2004, Chef Robert and his soon-​to-​be wife Pamela opened Bacio Italian Cuisine in Robert’s hometown of Cinnaminson, NJ. The restaurant soon became highly respected and recognized for excellent cuisine and superior service. Among its numerous awards and sterling reviews, Bacio Italian Cuisine was rated «Excellent» by Zagats and received the highest service score of any restaurant in South Jersey in 2009. In August of 2009, Chef Robert and Pam launched their new concept, Bacio Catering and Marketplace. This new venue accommodates all catering needs and allows on-​site guests to enjoy fine dining cuisine at a very affordable price.

Business Owner

Chef Robert Minniti is the Chef Owner/​Operator of Bacio Catering and Marketplace in Moorestown, NJ. After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America (Hyde Park) in 1997, he honed his culinary skills in Atlantic City. During his six years working for the casinos, Chef Robert received several awards and impressive reviews for his cuisine. Chief among his accomplishments was designing and opening Florentino’s, Harrah’s fine dining Italian restaurant. During Chef Robert’s tenure there, Florentino’s was highly recognized as the one of the best restaurants in Atlantic City and was voted «Top Italian Restaurant» by the readers of Casino Player’s Magazine.
