my account was supposed to be frozen because I was the victim of fraud. The Moorestown branch manager assured me it was frozen and nothing could be taken out of the account. I told her I had other checks out that may have been stolen as well that were not to be cashed. She said thats what the point of freezing and account is. I had $ 5,000 dollars worth of checks cashes without my knowledge on a «frozen» account. They «forgot» to freeze it. TERRIBLE SECURITY
