With 3 boy’s we often trudge to Dicks to find their sneakers, the employees are always helpful and PATIENT. Last week my son and I looked at every.single.shoe with someone’s little ones racing around and around and around the track, I was ready to lose my shit. The ever so kind employee says«we’re used to it». As always thanks for your help! Who needs a mall.

I just went in July 4th and purchased two children’s life jackets last minute before our boat ride. Of course, I had no idea off the top of my head the children’s weight’s. I grabbed two and left. Short story, neither fit the children but they wore them for their safety on the Lake. With the tags off, and no receipt, I brought them both back to Dick’s. I used my rewards card and they were able to look up the purchase! I was one happy girl when I left with my $ 80.00 cash! Awesome experience! Didn’t have to deal with store credit!

Okay, I’ve gotta bump ‘em up to three stars and give props b/c they had great prices(though somewhat limited selection) on the uniform for my son’s first Little League season. While they are still ridiculously overpriced for adult sized clothes, the cleats for little guys were b/t $ 17 — $ 25 and baseball pants were all $ 10 -$ 20. Gloves & bats are cheaper at Target, but considering they are the only game in town for pants/cleats/socks, etc, it was nice not to die from sticker shock. Also, the two guys in the shoe dept were very helpful, though the rest of the staff was indifferent.

As I put on my «quick tip», customer service is non-existant. I’ve shopped this location last Saturday & this Saturday for the same item & there’s noooo one to be found anywhere. Now, if you leave, you’ll see plenty of associates up front hanging around the checkouts. I will say the sections are always neat & organized.
