This is the BEST pizza in town!!! It’s locally owned by a wonderful friendly family!!! The pizza crust is hand tossed not out of a package. The subs are also great!!! We love the Turkey sub. Can’t go wrong eating here.

We ordered from here based on the positive reviews but I feel like I’m missing something. The only positive of ordering from Pie in the Sky this weekend was the friendly order taker and delivery person. It took 2 hours for the pizza to be delivered and once it arrived, though steaming hot, it was not great pizza. Disclaimer: After living in Boston for 10+ years, we’re used to really good pizza and Italian, so perhaps that’s the problem. One of our pizzas had mushrooms and they were clearly slimy canned ones. I also asked for meatball pizza, based on the fact that they have meatball subs, but was told they don’t actually cut up meatballs to put on pizza. Why not? We do that at home all the time when we make pizza, takes no time at all and the result is fantastic.

I just wanted to say, I went again on Wednesday to have Subs and I picked up 3 others for friends who had never tried them. They loved them as much I do. Oh no! A new food addiction. I’m a customer for life!

Honestly… It’s Great! I moved away for a while and others couldn’t compare to my beloved«Pie» Stop in and say hello! Seating is limited but cozy. Parking sucks during peak hours though! lol just a heads up on that

Best thin crust pizza in mooresville. Only place you can get ground beef on your pizza. Even though mushrooms aren’t fresh the ground beef, mushroom, and onion pizza is the best. The salad is always crisp and fresh. It is a simple, lunch counter type place and I usually get mine to go. The owner and staff are very friendly.

Best pizza in Mooresville and probably the best I’ve had anywhere else in the country. Just go with the standard pepperoni and you won’t be disappointed. Quality ingredients lead to great flavor– cheese and crust are super tasty with just the right amount of sauce. Ask for it «well done» which gives it a crispy crust and it’ll be cooked perfectly. Another review said that it is cash only which is no longer the case.

Great for Downtowners for lunch, there again you have to realize it’s a gathering place for all kinds downtown&kid friendly. A little hard to find if you are not from the area.

Good pizza, good price. Kind of tucked out of the way. Not much in the way of atmosphere, but the food was good.

We tried this place based on a recomendation from one of my wifes co-workers. Every thing about this place from the food to the décor is underwhelming. We ordered 2 salads and a thin crust pizza with pepperoni, ground beef and mushrooms. The salad was served on what looked like two Dixie plastic coated paper plates with plastic forks. Ok, no big deal because the smell comming from the kitchen indicated we were in for a great pizza to come. Nothing could have been further from the truth. The crust was thin, but soggy, not crispy. Pick up a slice and it folded under the weight of the toppings unless you held it with two hands or folded it. The pizza was blah in every way from the crust to the sauce to the toppings. Nothing stood out to say«I’m a good pizza». For what they charge I expected much better. I would have been much happier with a Little Caesar’s $ 5.55 pepperoni pizza! Count this two visits in one-first and last. I won’t be going back!

Calling this NY style pizza is like saying Celine Dion is a good rapper.

This is the best thin(New York style) pizza in the area. Tucked away in a hole in the wall, smack in the middle of town. I like to get the pie to go because they don’t have the best ventilation and the place always smells like burning crust. I guess because they will burn the edges of the crust a little – but really, the crust is perfect! It hands down beats any pizza for crust and flavor other than my all time favorite… and that’s a long drive all the way to south Charlotte. Friendly staff and the owner seems to know everyone by name. He knew me after having been in only once before. They have been in business here for over thirty years and that’s pretty rare for Mooresville. He doesn’t deliver all the way to my house, but has a driver meet customers from our area about two miles up the road. Nice! I guess I should mention for the shroom lovers… they’re not fresh. I look past it though, everything else about this pie is awesome!
