Description

Specialties

Pomodoro’s Italian American Café

is a casual-cozy family-friendly restaurant that specializes in Italian American favorites and authentic Stone-Hearth pizza and baked goods. We use only the finest quality ingredients, receiving produce and meat deliveries every day; all our sauces and dough are also made in-house daily.

History

Established in 1991.

Pomodoro’s began life in Mooresville in 1991, originally called «la Pizza». After several years the restaurant was sold and name changed to Pomodoro’s Café. The beginning of 2007 the restaurant was purchased by the current owner, Blake Dewey. In May of 2010, after 19 years in its original location, Dewey moved the restaurant into its current space. The move allowed for twice the seating to accomodate the growth of the business over the last few years. The move also allowed for improved parking, a spacious, well appointed dining room, bar and private party rooms.
