Been coming to the Q for a long time now. Primarily I come for Crossfit but also take advantage of Yoga. The Crossfit program is great. I have been coming for over a year and have definitely seen a change in my fitness. It is like a family atmosphere which I really enjoy. I do yoga at the Q with Talei(Wednesday morning ms and Saturdays) and really enjoy that time. There are other times to do Yoga with Cindy but mornings and Saturdays work best for me. Overall it’s a great place to be.
