Don’t waste your time with this website! I followed their instructions and took over 21 pictures. I submitted over a dozen photos to them. Not only did they fail to provide me with even one single quote, (they say you will get 3 quotes within 36 hours of your submitting the information to them) they also failed to provide a list of repair shops in my area. If that wasn’t bad enough, they completely ignored my email to them telling them about my disappointment with their service.
Originally contacted them on July 15, 2010, then emailed them on July 20, 2010.
These folks completely wasted my time and efforts. Any business that refuses to respond to customer concerns is a business that will fail. Ignoring nd disrespecting potential customers is one of the biggest mistakes a business can make. If they expect to grow their business they shouldn’t ignore customers.
