We used Bob Wegener to find our first home in the Bay Area after moving across the country. We didn’t know the area and were on a fairly tight timeframe. Bob was amazing in helping us get to know the ins and outs of each neighborhood. He took the time to show us around and to really listen to the things we wanted in a house and community. He had endless patience for the zillions of questions we asked at all times of the day/​night.
Once we found the house we wanted, Bob got the deal done. I’m not sure any other agent could’ve gotten us the house on the terms we got it for. He worked all weekend to get our offer in good shape so that we could present it on a Sunday morning before the first open house. He was responsive, had an incredible sense of the market and trends, and did everything it took to get us into our dream home.
Once our offer was accepted, he checked in with us nearly every day to ensure us that things were going well and to take care of any follow-​up items. Our closing process was smooth and worry free thanks to Bob.

Bob believes in communication in a big way. Send him an email day or night and he gets back to you with the information and updates you need. Ask for a phone call, and you get it. He also works hard. He held several open houses on the property and called us with the results of each. He listed the house in all the usual places and more. He includes the right photos. When working with an offer on the property he moved things along with the right paperwork at the right time.
We could never have done this on our own.
He and Hacienda Realty also gave us good advice. We could have thrown a lot of money into this condo, but given market conditions and our desired asking price and time frame, he advised us to save our money and do minimal upgrades. This paid off and saved us potentially tens of thousands of dollars.
