Are you looking for a permit to add on to your existing house? Building your dream home and need it designed? Starting a business and need plans for your new adventure? Well, we are here to assist you! We are a full service design firm offering services around master planning, design, construction documentation, and management. We have cultivated a practice covering projects including residential remodels/​additions, commercial, and industrial structures.

Our interior process involves the use of Autodesk Revit, which creates a 3d model for every project. This process has two major benefits to our clients.

1) Eliminates a lot of worry on the final product. Because of a 3d model, rather than the traditional 2d elevations/​floor plans, our clients can obtain a more realistic understanding of how the proposed work will look prior to construction by reviewing 3d renderings or in person demonstrations. We understand that our clients are investing a lot of money for these projects. So it is our goal to ensure that this money is not wasted on something that wasn’t desired.

2) Eliminates a lot of discrepancies with the construction documentation (plans that the Building & Safety will be reviewing & approving, and also what contractor will be working off of). All scheduling and callouts on the plans are derived from the 3d model itself. With that being said, all sheets are consistent. The more consistent the plans, the quicker the project is constructed.

Established in 2010.

Chris has been in the construction industry since 2002. For 9 of those years, Chris was a project manager at a leading architectural firm in Southern California. After leaving the firm, he decided to use his gained expertise, knowledge, and use of Autodesk Revit to establish A+ Design to further assist others in building their dreams.

Although assisting others in obtaining permits necessary to construct projects is a pleasure, Chris is devoted Christian, husband, and father to a supportive wife and three children. Chris was born and raised in Southern California, and can’t imagine living any where else. If you don’t find him working on projects, your best bet is finding him watching and playing sports.
