OMG! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Hey Alessandro here’s a thought if you say you open at 7:30am get your employees there at 7am so your ready to go. When you’re just showing up at 7:40am it makes it difficult to open on time. Wasted 25 minutes here before leaving and going over to Sunnymead Carwash, who by the way, was ready to go at 8am. Which is they’re start time. Don’t waste your time and money at Alessandro. If you’re in MoVal and need a hand wash go to Sunnymead.

This used to be my favorite place, key words USED to be. Visited today and the prices increased significantly. I’m sure the owner will say this is to counter the whole minimum wage increase… A regular car wash is $ 14.99 and «oversized» vehicles are an extra $ 3! (Used to be $ 12.99 and $ 2 more for oversize). So my SUV was $ 17.99 not including the tip everyone feels obligated to give.
I arrived at 11:30; took an hour and half to wash my car. That’s just too long. I watched the guy walk away several times to move other cars and mingle with his friends.
The new car «freshner» was NASTY. First the guy sprayed about a pint of this crap in my car. It honestly smells like a musky cheap cologne. Not refreshing at all– Gross!
Last, the inside of the shop (where you wait) is so filthy and run down! Really needs an overhaul! The couches are heavily stained I wouldn’t dare sit on it. The «arcades» are vintage and some broken.
I plan to shop around or wash my own car in future. The work wasn’t so great that I need them to do it again!

This has been my carwash of choice for a long time. But it’s time to move on, after an hour and a half wait plus three cars that came after me are washed… I’m out and done. The so called manager was rude and dismissive not even attentively listening to my concerns. Oh and things were taken from my car now for the second time.
NEVER!EVER RETURNING!!!

Stay away from this car wash! They charge you for services they don’t give you. I decided to try them again since the last time I went they were really busy. I paid for the «tire dressing» both times I had to argue that I paid for the service and show my receipt. Bad service and my car looked like a toddler cleaned it! I still had dirt and spots missed and they did a poor job vacuuming it. The new car smell smells terrible it took me a while to get the smell out. I basically had to take it somewhere else the same day to have it re-​washed. Waste of money if you’re smart you’ll pick another car wash!

Stay Away from this car wash. I had stuff stolen out of my car here TWICE. First time, i thought I was crazy and lost the items, Second time I was convinced they stole it out of my car. I paid $ 20 for them to rob things out of my car and do a crappy job. There are better car washes in Moreno Valley don’t bother giving this place your money.

Beware the «new car» scent smells like old man cologne. Good wash and clean but I’m not sure it’s worth the price. Also, the snacks inside are old so don’t buy them no matter how much your kid begs. You have been warned.

I gave it a two star because of the hard workers cleaning all the cars. This car wash unlike others has the basic car wash prices but then charges for anything additional such as cleaning mats, aroma fragrances, and so on. The receipt heavy section for the tip. I asked the cashier if the tips really go to the workers to which she said yes. I felt uncomfortable and decided to give the tip to the gentleman who clean my car personally. I asked them if they receive the tips from the cashier and he said absolutely not. I have never been to a car wash where you are charged for fragrance and cleaning mats. The gentleman who clean my car did a great job and was very kind and diligent. I will not go back. I would suggest that people go to Sunnymead Car Wash where you are treated right by the owners and not charged for every little thing.
