Carls Jr

I can’t count how many times these people mess up on my food. When my family of 5 want Carl’s Jr for dinner I drive over into the drive thru, they messed up on the order. There was cheese on the burgers (my family doesn’t like cheese on the burgers), they added a bunch of other stuff on the burgers. When I recently went I ordered the 4 dollar real deal, I told them no cheese, onion, and pickle on the burger. Of course they would mess up all of those toppings were on the burger. So I go back and show then the recipe they gave me a new burger with still onion and pickle on it. If I were to eat my food there the wouldn’t mess up on the order.

This review is based merely on one concept, it does not reflect the food, it is a service issue. I stopped by and bought chicken strips for my daughter in the drive-​through and when I received the bag there with no sauce nor had anyone ask me if I wanted any sauce. Then I stopped today and ordered french fries and there was no ketchup in the bag. Listen, when I order something that requires some sort of a condiment please ask me don’t just give me a bag with nothing in it. So I spoke to the guy in the drive-​through who is very nice and told him he needs to let management know not to adopt the same concept that McDonald’s has about not offering condiments. That is a large reason why I don’t go to McDonald’s, along with other reasons, because I think it’s ridiculous. I only go when they have fillet of fish on sale. Don’t judge me I’m a fat girl at heart :-). I don’t go to Carl’s Jr. very often but if this is going to be a continued concept for them I will not be going at all, to any location!

Our location on Perris by Iris need training! Incorrect orders, rude lead person named Amber. They won’t even apologize when they get the order wrong, act like you are being a bother. Amber smirked and said laughingly, have a nice day. Condescending incompetent employee.

We where drive through customer’s, we request coffee and was told no coffee for 5 to 10 minutes. We where more then welcome to wait. It took a total of three employees to take our order. As we were driving away we were told thanks bro. We ended up having yo buy Starbucks. We are reading them a 2-​star do the entertainment and food bean ok

Worst carls jr! They’re very cheap, let’s just say they need new employees, Bad customer service.

I like this Carl’s JR. It’s neat and clean. The food is pretty good and the staff is friendly.
The last time I came they completely messed up my order but this time it was fine. I’ll come back again for the service but carls jr just isn’t as good as it used to be overall as far as the good goes.

i always get their portabello mushroom sandwich and chilli cheese fries, even though its too salty for my tasting! but everytime i order their fish sandwich they always put me on hold and park at their drive way! which is a good thing, cause they come out freshly cooked! but i wish they dont do that so often, now that they recently came up with sweet potato fries, good to go!

my mom asks what type of fish their fish sandwich has in their drive-​thru and they answered its a fish fillet… really? you dont know what type of fish it is? lol
