Del Taco

And now they aren’t taking orders hahahah
This del taco is constantly a let down. I don’t understand. I’m over this location and I live across the street from it. I will drive to the Alessandro location.
I got a chicken soft taco. It had two shreds of lettuce and 5 sprinkles of cheese. Maybe 6 pieces of chicken. I’m not exaggerating. My husband got a spicy chicken burrito it was basically rice with alittle of everything else that should be in it. His taco was the same. And our food was COLD… Owell. I won’t waste money here anymore… No thank you. Garbage place!

I eat at least at one Del taco’s every week in different inland empire cities. This one always seems to have street people hanging out there. its hard to enjoy your food when weirdo’s are staring at you eating! Other than that the staff there are great!

I live in Las Vegas and visit the del taco at the corner fairly frequently and everything is always fine. I’m out here in Moreno Valley California for some work with my company. 2 weeks ago on Thursday night at about the same time as tonight 11 p.m. I come through the drive thru at the location at 12 625 Frederick St, Moreno Valley California 92 553 and the employee apologizes to me and tells me her system just went down and is calling the help desk. Ok It happens no big deal.
I haven’t had an opportunity to go back until tonight and I go through the drive thru and same thing. I’m sorry my system just went down.
GET YOUR SYSTEM FIXED!!!
I hate taco bell, but I chose to go there last time because of your system problem. 2 times now is unacceptable. I past by other restaurants on the way back to the hotel from work that I COULD’VE stopped at but I chose your company, and I do not want to drive back the other direction and I do NOT want Taco Bell.
I actually just read a Unilocal review from someone 10 months ago reporting the exact same problem TWICE AND at the same time as me.
WHO THE HELL IS RUNNING THAT STORE???
I already contacted corporate regarding this store. If you don’t want to do business, then CLOSE!

The worst del taco ever. so nasty inside and rude customer service! I went through the drive through tonight and they had an automated machine saying they were closed at 1 am… wth! Go figure since this place is a dump! The health inspectors need to come out here n shut this place down already. sad to say but they R. Waste of space!

WOW, WOW, WOW, it’s so SAD when someone by the name of DIANA that works at this FOOD trash can has to go on Unilocal and post a FAKE review to try and give this FOOD trash can some props. This del taco used to be the best one in Moreno Valley. Now the best way to describe it is like I said. FOOD trash can. The FOOD tastes just like there so called Bathroom smells HORRIBLE. The WORST!!!

Came here for lunch with the family and got a bowl with chicken and rice and the rice was not even cooked. My brother ordered a chicken salad and they took 20 minutes even though they had no customers at all. Overall, food was a disappointment, ended up eating Chinese food…

This Del Taco used to be one of my favorites. I changed the way I feal about this Del Taco after my last visit. I stopped by after work and the drive thru was too packed. So i went in side there was one guy in front of me waiting for a long time to place his order. No one was doing cashier. 3 female employees were on break in the dining room talking about how the girl working the drive thru sucks at doing thejob. Finally after about 5 minutes one of them says oh shoot and helps the guy in front of me telling him sorry for the wait and tells him we are going to take 10 percent off your meal. i thought pk thats good for him. then i order my food i am waiting for more then ten minutes another customer that came about five minutes asked one of the workers about his tacos and they give him his foid. i said to the workers your going to give him his order first even though i have been waiting here all this time. One of the workers tells me we are backed up. I am like are you serious you are backed up but you can take care of other customers before me that came after me. She just gave me adirty look and the other worker very slowly filled my order. it took me neer 25 minutes to get my food. this crew sucks and they are not professional at all. this was the afternoon crew.

RUDE!!! The customer service here is horrible! They make faces and roll their eyes at you! Told me i had to print out a coupon even tho it didnt say i had to on the actual coupon. More then once has my food been COLD and day old! This is why fast food workers do not deserve a pay raise! Never again!

Usually really good customer service and really bad food. Always thrown together. Sloppy. I end up throwing it away. Stopped going there altogether.

This del taco is terrible. Has there ever been a place you despise, absolutely hate, but you occasionally go there out of need? Like a gross bathroom in your office building, or going through the bad side of town to beat traffic? I feel that feeling when I pull into this del tacos drive through. I work near by and sometimes I go here, against my better judgment and past experiences. I think to myself, «maybe this time will be different, this can’t happen EVERY time» but I am always let down. I have never, not one time been satisfied with this place.
They let me down every time. Whether it’s lack of portions, wrong item, overcharging… I mean, I’d eat my damn hat if I got what I ordered. There are TOO MANY examples I could give you about my experiences here but I’ll just say this, they have NEVER got my order right, after I get done walking in and out a few times and I DO have the food I ordered, it’s lacking in size and crapily put together. I IMPLORE YOU to go here and then message me if they got your order right.

HummmmM seems like night shift crew doesn’t want to work, I’m starving after I get out of work, so I got across the street to Del Taco, and I came last night about 11pm and 12am and they said they need to reboot their system and to come back in 20 minutes and I said ok, but I just went to Taco Bell, hey things like this happen I understand, I work in food service, so today after work, I’m starving again, so I get our of work at 11pm so I got to del taco again, and same thing they say I’m sorry we have to reboot our system come back in 20 minutes… Again??? It sounds fishy, so I’m calling the manager in the morning to find out if they are aware of the situation, and what are they going to do to take care of it, I’m an unsatisfied customer not once but twice

Poor service, food suck, they don’t even know how to wrap a burrito. Worst Del Taco ever.

I love this location great team and management ! Also come to this location ! The stAff works real hard! Stores is clean smell fresh!

i am here at least twice a week getting the macho nachos they always load them up!
great staff. sometimes the drive though gets crowded besides that great place

This review is for the drive thru, haven’t dined inside.
I like to come here after the gym sometimes. The drive thru employees are super friendly, ask me how I’m doing when I roll up to the order box.
No issues with the food, and they aren’t stingy with napkins like other Del Taco I have been to (one location didn’t even give me one napkin! Needless to say I don’t ever go back to that one lol).
Good food, great prices & spot on service :-) def recommend!

Walked in placed an order for 2 shrimp tacos and some cheesecake bites and went to the bathroom 5 min late came back and see that the person cooking and the person building rides looked like their were confused once they saw me standing their they got to work… I saw the sloppy way they made my tacos and as they were wrapping them my shrimp I paid extra for fell out…
Then the guy walks over and says «you waiting in the shrimp tacos?» Yeah and hands then to me… no bag, no napkins just hands them to me and walks away. Where are my cheesecake bites? Oh I don’t know you orders that… and walks away again. Wtf?!

I love del taco… I mean. Who doesn’t? But this one, on this night made my husband and I angry. First being charged for extra stuff that we didn’t order, then the girl arguing with us at our car about what we ordered when we had the receipt in our hands. Then getting home & my food upside down & my taco all over the bottom of the bag & my «macho» fries not even half way filled. Idk? Gotta see where the next closest del is… Maybe the service & order will be better.

This is an older location and has a poorly situated drive thru. Traffic comes from two directions to try to access it, at the same time that nearby parked cars are trying to back out. It creates a traffic mess…
Del would be wise to move the order box further up into the drive thru to get some of the cars in line out of the parking lot.
