Harold and his men did a great job for me. Everyone did what they said they would do. I have several more projects and Harold White is my first choice. Super polite staff.

My old outdated floor needed replacing and I’m very happy I found Harold White’s company on Unilocal.It was a big decision, being most of my home it was crucial to choose well. I shopped around for a while, and others I looked at seemed overpriced or untrustworthy. Nicole came for the free estimate and spent a lot of time measuring and discussing options, pricing, and gave us great advice on tile selection and placement. I felt good about choosing them right off. I also decided to have them install new baseboards and am glad I did. I was able to squeeze in right before the holidays which was perfect, now my home is totally transformed. The new tile looks beautiful.
The crew arrived right on time every single day (10+ days altogether) and worked full days to get it all done in a timely manner. That’s no small thing, I live in the sticks and they drove long distances in heavy traffic with no complaint. Each one of them is very courteous, hardworking, good people — I felt totally comfortable having them in my home. There were separate demo and tiling crews. It wasn’t an easy job in any way and they worked their butts off. I had old poorly installed small marble tiles they demo’d and replaced with 12×24 tile in the main areas, a new medallion in the entryway, small brick tiles in the kitchen, and new baseboards. Brent was my main installer and he gave great advice on all the decisions about placement, grout width, color, transitions. He is experienced, an artist, and has excellent instincts about what looks best and how to end up with a beautiful finished product. He was patient with my lumpy subfloor and all the quirks of my house, not to mention tons of cuts on all the edges of the brick. He and Randy installed the medallion flawlessly, it was impressive. Randy also did the tile work, he works hard and does a very nice job. Great guys and really efficient. Dale came in at the end and installed the painted baseboard, getting all the rounded corners just right. Anthony was frequently here, overseeing the demo, painting baseboards, doing grueling work with a smile and answering questions.
The whole job went seamlessly with no lag time, pretty amazing for this size project. Every day they completely clean up after themselves so you can still comfortably live in your home without a mess. The end product is quality and perfect in my opinion, I don’t think I would have been this pleased with another company. Nice family business and everyone takes pride in their work and making the customer happy. Total communication every step of the way so you can plan your life around it. I was happily surprised with the reasonable pricing, no surprises and upcharges for little things. Summing it up, IMHO there’s no reason to look anywhere else for flooring installation and other home improvement jobs. Happy!

After dealing with a horrible contractor that abandoned our kitchen remodel, we had the incredible fortune of getting Harold White Tile Work in to finish the tile and electrical work. What a difference! Harold and Nicole White are such professionals. They show up on time when they say they will and keep you informed along the way. After living without our kitchen for six months, they took pity on us and squeezed us in between other work, but still finished in just a few days, Brent came on a Saturday and did an incredible job working until late afternoon. And it was his first wedding anniversary! We really hope his wife forgives us! Harold White Tile Work has renewed our faith that great contractors exist! I know they are really busy and you might have to wait to get on their schedule, but they are worth the wait! The quality of their work is truly exceptional!

Truly exceptional contractor. Installed wood floors, tile, backsplash, can lights, doors, appliances and sink. Textured and painted ceiling and walls.

We have had a few experiences with Contractors. This is the best company we have ever had the pleasure of working with on a remodel project. After contacting 8 company’s for bids we chose this one because of the price and reviews. Leading up to the day the project was to begin I had to prepare my wife for the likelihood that the workers may say they will arrive at 7:00 AM, but do not be surprised if they do not show until 11:00. They not only arrived on the day but a bit early. I had to wake up my wife… The crew arrived on time every day and when we were promised a 10 day completion they actually completed in 8 days. There were no additional costs.
A job that was on time and at quoted costs… This is amazing in Southern California.

A month ago, Harold and his team of experts, including his wife Nicole and her dad did an amazing job on my laminated floors. What a huge difference it made on my house. We just had our master and guest bathrooms remodeled by Harold White’s tiler Art Zamora and they came out so beautiful. I highly recommend this company. They were on time every day, super clean and their tile work was better than I even imagined it would come out. They are professional all the way around. Let us just say that we have dealt with many, many contractors since buying our new home in Murrieta in 2013, and Harold White Tile Work is right up there at the top! Harold and his staff were so professional, on time, and courteous to us that we had to write a review. Our kitchen back splash looks fantastic and the pricing was more than fair. Harold White Tile was recommended to me through a very close family friend. Within a couple days of speaking with Nicole on the phone she was able to come by and give me a tile quote. Nicole is very, very knowledgeable and knows this trade like the back of her hand. She was very helpful in giving opinions on what would work best for my home and everything turned out great! Everything from the beginning to end was great. I even added about 35sq ft. of tile work to my contract and she was able to accommodate my request and finish it within the stated time frame of our original contract! That was absolutely amazing. Brett the installer was beyond professional, clean, respectful and even made sure my dog Tober was ok throughout the construction period. My wife and I bought a small condo with a friend in Cathedral City. It was in relatively decent shape but had worn and dirty carpeting and walls that needed new paint. We decided to take the carpet up, install wood grain tile and splash some new color paint on the walls. We researched tile companies in the area and hired Harold White Tile Work. Harold White’s wife, Nicole, came to the condo, took measurements, and listened to our ideas. She sent us an estimate within a couple of days and, once hired, was available whenever we called. The work started and finished on schedule. The work on the floor was terrific, as was the painting. Harold did extra work when we decided on some changes, and there were no complaints and no objections. Harold, Nicole and his crew did a professional job, and if we decide on any cosmetic changes in the future, Harold and Nicole will be the first people we consult.

More than pleased with my experience with this family own and operated business! My husband and I were looking at replacing the flooring and baseboards throughout the house (excluding the kitchen and bathrooms) Nichole met with me for an estimate a few months ago and was very thorough in explaining what we could expect with the project. She kept in contact with me periodically until we were ready to start the project.
Not only was I impressed by Nichole’s professional and attention to detail but also their staff. The gentlemen that did our project kept us update and communicated any issues, which I appreciated. They gave us tips on how to maintain the flooring and offered to come back out of we had anything that need to fixed. So thankful we went with Harold White as opposed to other competitors. I would definitely recommend them.

This Family ran business is amazing! Their work is superb, their crews are great. Harold is very knowledgeable and is a true craftsman! From flooring to walls, cabinetry and custom work. They do it ALL! My home has been transformed, and we aren’t even done yet! Nicole is attentive and understanding, she provides great advise as well. Don’t even bother to call anyone else. This is a one stop shop!

Even though I decided not to go with Harold, I’d like to comment on their excellent customer service. I was able to schedule an appointment for an estimate in such short notice. Nichole came out to my house in the time frame promised and emailed me a quote within a few business days. They were quick and on it! Since time was not on my side, I was not able to go with them. Prices were reasonable. I will call them again for any future projects. Thank you Nichole!

Harold and his crew have done an AMAZING job with my home remodel. Harold has impeccable service and the communication is excellent. We selected Harold because of all the great endorsements we read on Unilocal.Surely, we thought, if he even lives up to half of them, we’d be satisfied. He did … in spades.
A couple of minor problems were evident following the job, which he and Nicole quickly corrected. That’s no small thing, because we live over an hour away from their office.
Their professionalism and workmanship was great.

They went above and beyond to make things right and even handled lil things that weren’t included in the initial quote to make things the best they can be in the kitchen. I had Harold come out because we were replacing the entire flooring in our house with laminate. We bought all the supplies and were unable to finish it on our own. Him and his wife were kind and responded quickly and gave us a fair price.
The plan was to install three weeks later but they were able to start a week early which we were happy about. They did a great install and in only half the initial quoted time. I would definitely use them again, especially for tile work in the future since that is his specialty :)

Harold and his staff replaced our boring carpet with beautiful laminate flooring and so much more!
Nicole took time to drive all the way to Long Beach to give me an estimate and then was so accommodating when we decided on a specific flooring that needed to be special ordered. Once they started, we asked that they fix certain other issues (drywall holes, trim, etc.) and they did it all beautifully and at such a reasonable price. Nicole even painted the kitchen cabinets that we hadn’t finished!
I would definitely recommend Harold White Tile Work for any future projects.
