I have used this company several tmes and I have been very impressed with their service. Their work is excellent. What I was most impressed with was their high level of excellent customer service. They always kept me imformed on the status of my car and they completed the work when they said they would. They return your car with a nice car wash and you are able to bring your car back I believe twice a year for a complimentary car wash When you call them you actually talk to a
person and not to a long list of recordings. Everyone I have had interaction with has been professional and more than willing to go the extra steps to make the customer satisfied. If you are looking for a place to get repair done on your vehicle I give them five stars.

Worst shop ever. Do Not Take your vehicle here… They don’t stand by their work… Had my truck there for 40 days and finally picked it up it broke down that weekend… They charged my insurance company $ 14,000 and still can’t get it fixed right !!! Larry is the worst and the receptionist was quite rude too… Especially if you complain about their work… They need to be put in their place and this shop needs to be avoided.

Great customer service. When I dropped off my car they called Enterprise to have someone come pick me up. And when I got my car I was able to leave my rental with them and Enterprise came and got it there.
The work was done in two day and it looks like nothing ever happened. They offer 2 car detailings a year. I would highly recommend them.

Rear-​end collision– insurance recommended us to use this place again (different car last time). Dropped it off & was told it’ll be ready in a week; nope took 2.5 weeks AND the car’s inner trunk latch was disconnected as well as rear tail lights! Luckily my man is super skilled but I’d be skeptical upon any type of estimations of time they give and don’t just look at your car from an external point of view. Do an «in depth check» of your car for true evaluation before you sign away that your satisfied.
Btw– last time we had a car fixed here they kept it twice as long as quoted AND they didn’t even clean some «other cars’ paint marks» off our car.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I was referred to this place by a friend. This place took very good care of me. From the moment I stepped in the door to the place until the moment I left. The person who took care of me was Justin Robinson, he made sure to let me know everything that was happening with my car and when my car was expected to be ready. When I had finally got my car back it was like nothing had happened. I def recommend this place.

The only reason why I give this place 2 stars is because the guy tried, but fell oh so short of my satisfaction.
I was in a car accident Aug 28^th. I took my car to the IAC in Menifee where they completely screwed up all aspects of my car. After reporting all the damages and defects to my insurance and giving a bad review on the Menifee location, the owner and head mech called me and asked for a second chance to right their wrongs. I returned my car back to them 1 day after having it on Sept 23^rd. I received 3 or maybe 4 updates on my car while it was back in their care, one of those was a report that my spare tire was missing (previous shop stole it), the bumper was messed up they had to re-​order it etc…
Long story short, I get my car back, one of the lights that was not working still doesnt work and now another doesn’t work. I have to dig into my own car to do the job they were too incompetent to do as well as do some custom work they were unable to perform as well. My car was in the shop for about a month and a half and I STILL have to do work on it myself, or take it to another shop to get it done properly. There is still a rattling in the rear end as well (I was in a rear end collision) which makes me uneasy driving it.
DO NOT waste your time taking your car here, and always check to make sure everything that comes with your car is there when you pick it up (including your spare tire!!!)

February 2015 my insurance company recommended this company. I interviewed Jesse at the Menifee office, he quickly explained how they could fix my car and provided assistance with non insurance repair. He was a thorough professional. He also offered a rental car if needed. Justin in MoVal worked with Paul on my car, kept in constant communication as to the process and ECD, and returned my MINI in pristine condition. It was fixed perfectly and they completed the job on time and as estimated. This is a great company with exceptional employees.

Best local family owned body shop. They do a great job and pay attention to the details.

Came here in 2012 with some front end and under carriage damage. They were friendly, quick, thorough, and patient. The quality of the work is superb and they guarantee their work for the lifetime of the car. Furthermore they offer two free details/​car washes a year for as long as you have the vehicle that they repaired. It’s not easy to find great service like that anymore. Here I am today over a year later getting a free detail :)

I was referred by my car insurance USAA to take my car here to be repaired after I was rear ended. I was happy that nothing bad happened to me in the accident, but I couldn’t say the same for my pretty, little Z: (it was a sad sight, i didn’t think it would be the same again. Fast forward 3 weeks and BAM! it was like nothing had ever happened to my car. My car is almost 5 years old now and it looked brand new. I was very impressed with the work the shop did and I would highly recommend International Auto Crafters to anyone out there who’s had their car wrecked.

I brought my 9 year old sedan here for repairs after I swerved to avoid another car, this did damage to the radiator, front bumper, radiator support, and one of the rims. They exceeded my expectations with the quality of their work, their professionalism, and the timely manner which it was completed in. All of the damage was fixed in just over one week. Considering the number of parts they had to find and the labor involved, they did a fantastic job and I would recommend anyone who needs their car fixed to come here.

We brought our commuter car here after my husband ran over what he described as a «large tire or dead body» on the dark abyss of road that we lovingly call the 60 freeway.
We were referred here by our insurance company and I have to say they did a great job. The staff was friendly and they didn’t take *too* long with the car. I would have given them 5 stars but they get dinged for two things:
1. It took an hour from the time we arrived with our car to the time we finally released it to them. This is not the place to go on your lunch break.
2. We dropped off on a Wednesday and they said it would be ready by Friday… three days later on Monday at around 4:30pm *we* called them and asked for the status. At that time they told us it was ready and we could pick up before 5:00 (yeah right) we picked up the next day and the car looked great.

When I had an accident, the part I dreaded the most was finding a shop that wasn’t going to rip me off, or do questionable work. I had heard of International Auto Crafters through my insurance company, and they were highly recommend, so I decided to give them a shot. Everyone was friendly and helpful from the beginning, and made the process as easy on me as possible (going to school full-​time and work isn’t easy on your schedule.) The work afterwards was excellent! The paint matched perfectly, and I can’t even tell that I was in an accident (which is basically the most important thing in choosing a repair shop). After, they gave me coupons to go get a free detailing whenever I want. They also detailed the interior, and waxed the car as well. The service was immaculate, and I highly suggest coming here if you happen to have an unfortunate accident.
