History

Established in 2002.

Jan Peterson Child Development Center is a place to grow, to play and to learn.

Jan Peterson Child Development Center was founded as part of an integrated long-term healthcare campus located directly adjacent to the Riverside County Regional Medical Center. This campus includes the Child Development Center as well as an Assisted Living Facility and a soon to be constructed Skilled Nursing Facility. These components provide an inter-generational health care and child development experience like no other in that each child and each senior get to play the role of surrogate grandparent and grandchild thereby enhancing each other’s health, well being and personal development.
