Juice It Up!

Went for the first time to a Juice it Up in Moreno Valley and was given very unpleasant looks by the person working the register. Completely agree with reviews before me. Cashier was very unfriendly and dismissive. I believe the cashier’s name was Alex, and when I asked a drink he’d recommend he rolled his eyes and begrudgingly answered. Seemed like he was not happy to be at his job, very apathetic and rude, or maybe was having a bad day? He rushed through my smoothie after, and when I asked for a small cup for water, he said that next time it would be 50 cents?! Don’t work customer service if you can’t learn to be hospitable! There won’t be a next time. Bad experience, but good smoothie so I am giving this one a ²⁄₅.

Not sure what all these sad people are talking about! Every time I go in there (5 years now). I am always greeted with kindness and I always get my drinks in a timely fashion. I have never got me drink any longer then it takes me to wait at Starbucks for a coffee.

this is the second time i went in there and drake music was playing loudly, repetitively saying the n-​word with children present. play other music. did you buy his cd or something? why wouldn’t you add different songs? theres other rappers!!!
of course the order was wrong. the wait was super long and there were only 3 people and 4 girls working. i feel like, who are the owners of this franchise? you need to get a camera with audio like asap. why you guys frontin like you’re a college plaza down the street from ucr. you know you’re by mvcc population like 95% old people. ugh… now i’m not gonna get smoothie for a month because of that salty visit.

I overlooked the reviews because I like to try things out myself. The poor reviews do not lie. It took them close to twenty minutes to make my juice — twenty minutes! Never again will I come here and please be warned.

This is the best place in town for a smoothie or juice! As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with «good morning» and a huge smile. The young lady, Gabby was very helpful explaining the different smoothies to me. I chose one with strawberry and banana that Gabby made for me. DELICIOUS!!! If you’re in the area, stop by and see Gabby so she can make one for you. Yummy

Like every other restaurant or shop in this crap town all the employees think closing time is 15 minutes early. I dont like wasting my time to go out when a place is closed down before it even closes. Not like these girls every make my order right or have any idea what theyre doing anyway. Im sure the yogurt and everything else is pure refined sugar anyway like all the so called chemical filled health food spots. Like jamba etc. if I ever come back again dont expect a tip girls.

I’ll say the customer service I receive has been fine at this location but this location is always out of something and consistently. I understand once in a while it is going to happen but not on a week to week basis. The owner to this franchise clearly doesn’t care.

Awesome experience! Service was incredibly fast and friendly. I purchased a Piña Cool-​Ada, was worried because they made it so quick. but surprisingly very good. Was really impressed.

My first visit to this particular Juice It Up location, and they’re completely out of strawberries (frozen or otherwise). Unfortunately, my two favorite drinks on the menu (Protein Blast and Lava Flow) both call for strawberries. I’m not a restauranteur, but I imagine it’s not that difficult to keep commonly used ingredients well-​stocked. Especially when they arrive and are stored in a frozen state. I could be mistaken, but I’m inclined to trust my intuition on this one.

Extremely disappointed, poor service extremely filthy and to top it off they are always getting my order wrong, my last visit was a large order of over almost 40, I handed my card to them and she finished my transaction then proceeded to apologize and said I needed to call corporate for my juice it up points because she forget to slide my card, they are ALWAYS understaffed and when they do have staff they are always messing around my drink was not made properly on several occasions the reason I’ve been here is because it is located by my home but I have been disappointed way too many times to continue going oh and another thing one of the girls there had some extremely short shorts that looked like underwear with her butt out I suggest you know this in case you take young ones

Walked in. No one even looked up at us. No one said hi. No one said I’ll be with you in a moment… Nothing! So one chick is making a drink. We’re standing right in front of her at the counter. Another girl is sitting in the back. She never came out.
So the 3 of us are waiting. Then the girl making the drink goes to the back. WOW ok like we’re just invisible!!! really???
Never going back! Never taking anyone there and hey they lost the business of 3 drinks that night plus my relatives out of town visiting who I was suppose to bring down as well that week.
This place sucks in service. Wouldn’t ever give my money to anyone who can’t even take 30 seconds to say hello or just acknowledge us with even a smile!!!
I work in customer service and we’re mystery shopped all the time plus I know how to do my job!
These girls should be fired. I’m sure someone else would love to have their job and do a great job doing it! I get we all have bad days or tiring days but when your in customer service of any kind you gotta do your job w/​at least the decency of being somewhat courteous.
The manager or owner should read these Unilocal reviews. I see I’m not the only one complaining about the service. We went after 7pm so I don’t know who works during the day and wouldn’t want this directed to anyone who works the morning shift. All I can remember is that she looked white, brownish/​blondish hair pulled back in a ponytail, skinny-​slim, kinda short like average (52 – 5’4 i guess)…
VERY disappointed and if she sees this post then good. I hope you realize that perhaps customer service isn’t for you which is fine but if not, then fix it and do your job right.

I’m only giving one star for the quality drinks. The customer service gets absolutely no stars. The employees act as though you are inconveniencing them by coming in and buying something. They are rude, dismissive, and just plain unfriendly. We all have are bad days and it is hard to turn on the smiles at times, but these kids act as though they are having a bad day, every day! I put in a complaint with Juice It Up! corporate and received one email telling me that I would hear from the owners, but so far, nothing. Therefore, I will no longer give them my business.

Very friendly, likable «team members» (AKA staff) at this location. Get real vegetable juice with fresh vegetables and fruit however you like it. A convenient, yet healthy alternative to the unhealthy «fast food.» I love it! Two thumbs up.

This location is better than the one on Moreno Beach. Some of the girls at the Moreno beach location have horrible customer service. This location is juicy, tasty, thick and they have pretty good customer service.

Would not accept Smartphone Groupon Coupon I had already paid for. Was told I had to print it out. Already here not about to drive back home.

Never again. My sister and i were the only customers, so of course one of the other girls decided that was we were ordering it was the perfect time time start juicing for what seemed to be herself. The girl at the register knew their prices were terrible because she felt a sudden need to warn us. I ordered a refresher. They forgot one of the ingredients and it tasted horrible. Can’t even finish it bad.

Customer service here is horrible. One girl in particular, Kimberly was working today (7÷4÷14) and was a total crab to everyone. She didn’t greet anyone that came in and if you asked her questions she would roll her eyes as if it was too much for her to answer. When it came time to give me my receipt, she took it and slammed it on the counter and walked away. She was horrible to everyone that walked in. I’m sorry she was upset about whatever was going on in her life today, but her poor customer service is why I will not be returning to particular store anymore.

The drink was good, but I had to wait for literally 15 minutes before I got the drink that I paid for. I ordered a juiced drink, and I was told that the juicer was dirty and they had to clean it. Now, I gave them a bit of slack because school had just gotten out and it was busy, but as my buddy and I were waiting for our drinks, people just kept coming in after us, getting their drinks, and leaving. So when I finally got my drink, I was very annoyed with waiting.
Also, most of the times the staff there didn’t cover the blenders while they were blending, so the place sounded like there was a turbine harrier jet engine in there.

Just your avg juice it up here. Staff is very nice and fast. Good part about this one is it is never too crowded. Usually get in and out pretty quickly
