You would think the owners would see the Unilocal reviews and say hey… There’s something wrong with our service. Waiting 15 – 20 mins for your food is the normal for this place regardless of time of day.

Some good changes I’ve noticed on my visit today.
1) table service??? No more waiting for your number to be called… just get your receipt and a table number… they bring the meal to you. Nice improvement.
2) employees actually interact… I saw them get straws, napkins, etc for guests.
3) manager coaching and directing team members, encouraging them to be pro active. Great to see that.
4) tm’s sweeping up and cleaning up the dining room.

The worst McDonald’s ever been to. This location is very close to me so it’s convenient, but I avoid going. I think their problem is that they’re constantly busy. And maybe either understaffed. But all I know is their service sucks!

If I could give zero stars I would. Filthy inside kids play area. And how is it possible at 8 in the morning food is cold and stale. Absolutely ridiculous. The only reason I came was for the kids to play. I usually don’t eat this stuff. The least they could do is get it right.

Horribly slow! Order is wrong half the time The lady in the morning usually does a fantastic job– but suiting here on a Friday I have been in line 30 min waiting to get my food /​just two happy meals

Worst customer service EVER! The waiting period was ridiculous just for a drink. To top it off, my ice coffee was diluted! Wasted my time & money! I was better off going to the Mc Donald’s on Alessandro.

Between 8 till 9:30 p.m. I went inside to place an order and the a guy taking my order was very rude As I was indecisive of what I wanted, by the time I decided I place my order and I was trying to think of anything else that I wanted, the guy that was taking my order was very rude to me and he asked me «if I was done» w/​an attitude. By the time I got my food, my fries were cold, I also ordered a happy meal for my great niece w/​milk and they didn’t have her milk inside worst customer service ever. I also called to speak to management because I wasn’t satisfied with the customer service and the food and the manager act like he didn’t even care or even hear what I have to say I just needed someone to hear me out or do something about it. It sounded like he kept putting me on pause like he didn’t want to hear what I have to say. I’m going to report this to corporate. Why is that every time I go to McDonalds I always get this type of customer service. I stopped eating at McDonalds for a while because I hate this service but not that I went back I’m never going back again.

Horrible customer service. Terrible managers that just stand there doing nothing. Very disappointed at this location, I live close by and prefer to go to another location because of the horrible service.

Be prepared to wait 30 minutes. It doesn’t matter what time you come to this location: Monday’s, midnight, nuclear annihilation. Doesn’t matter. They are, will and always will be busy. I feel bad for the associates because the lines always out to the parking lot.
I’m not sure if this location just takes a lot of new people, they simply don’t care, or both, but they suck. They need to pick up the hassle or something.

This morning is went through the drive through and every single order has been parked as customers inside walk out with their food. So far it has been 20 min sitting here waiting.
What is going on with this location? Seriously?!

They have ripped me off for about $ 18 worth of food now. They ALWAYS get our order wrong. Missing items, completely wrong orders, but my favorite thing they do is ask you to go park while they make your order then they will bring your order to you so that thier drive thru clock is reset. Usually I dont mind doing that for other restaurants if it makes their drive thru times look good. Only problem here is that since they get my order wrong all the tine, im stuck having to now walk in and complain. Sometimes I go in to complain but sometimes im in my PJs so I dont want to walk in… hence now they ripped me off.

Pretty pathetic excuse for a «restaurant». As others have mentioned very slow, staff is rude, disorganized and not knowledgable. I try not to go here.

If you are going for icecream you might want to call before going. Their machine seems like its always broke or always out of icecream. It sucks when you have to sit in drive– thru and all you are ordering is icecream, then you order and they tell you sorry we dont have any! You still have to sit there and wait for everyone else. They can at least post it in drive-​thru so you dont have to sit there.

We go to this McDonald’s because it’s right down the street. But I think we’ll start making the drive to the one off Ramona. We always wait a ridiculous amount of time, our order is ALWAYS wrong, and they’re always ‘out of something’. Pretty crappy experience ¹⁰⁄₁₀ times.

Words to describe this place: Disgusting, ghetto, under educated employees, unmotivated to live and not trained to McDonald’s food standards.

Sat at the drive thru 4 15 min. Was boxed in, couldn’t get out! Management needs to step it up!

This McDonalds is the worst of the worst. I shouldn’t have to strategize ways to get fresh fries ex; ordering my fries with no salt so that I don’t have to eat stale rubbery fries. The food is rarely warm. The restaurant is filthy. They always take forever to process my order. I don’t go there anymore. But I was just telling someone about this and thought I would help my fellow busy people who have no time to cook from time to time. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra few miles to the next McDonald’s. Good luck. Oh and btw, take that pic down of that family with the fleece vests on posing by the river. Why oh why Mr. Owner, would you humiliate your family like that? Your restaurant sucks. Get behind that counter and make those little punks work for that minimum wage. You’re at that river too much and you can’t possibly know what a shambles your restaurant is in.

This has to be one of the nastiest McDonald’s I have ever had! They always serve half way frozen French fries!

Dining room filthy, just getting fries to go, don’t want to eat here. Now it hits me: if it’s dirty out here imagine how it is on the back, where the food is prepared.
