Poor customer service when I called around 7pm today. That woman was rude. She didn’t have to give me a bad attitude. There were only 1 driver available for the police department. And yet she hang up on me even though we weren’t done talking. The other lady I talked to around 4pm told me to call after 7 because it was busy. She was nice enough to answer questions. Normally I would rate 1 star, but the lady around 4pm was nice enough to answer so I’m giving 2 stars instead. Too bad I have to end up driving my car to my friend’s house to keep stored for now.

Well, ya know when you call a tow truck it means that you got troubles, and your car is in trouble. Today was that day… called Moreno Valley Tow but this experience was an Absolute Pleasure. Richard was the driver. He was prompt attentive responsive polite and professional. Do yourself a favor if you ever need that tow… call Moreno Valley Tow a company that provides great service. Excellent service! Richard came to my apartments and got my car from Moreno Valley to Ontario in a very timely fashion. He was very polite and professional! He even got there early! I checked all the towing companies in my area and Moreno Valley tow had the best prices. I was very impressed with their service and would highly recommend them. Richard even called me to let me know that my car was safely delivered to the dealership.

This place charges an insane amount of money to tow and store cars for the city. Never use them, so you don’t condone this type of behavior. They seemed to move my car with little care or attention. I think this caused more damage. They use a forklift to move cars around their lot. I pleaded for lower fees or fines, to no avail. To me they made the situation much worse and were happy about charging me, how they spoke, behave is less than I would expect. What was worse is how they treated my car. To me, and to the driver I had come get my car, they made the damage worse just from handling it.

Even before I had children I always got upset when people flew through a school zone. And now that I do have two children, it makes me even more ticked off. With that, I want everyone that can read this to NEVER USE MORENO VALLEY TOW. One of their drivers today was doing over 45mph (best guess) past a school with about 50+ kids walking around. I don’t know about you BUT THE SPEED LIMIT IS 25 WHEN CHILDREN ARE PRESENT. And when I called the main office, I got the «oh… ok we will um… look into it.» With an attitude like that, it really makes me wonder what kind of drivers they hire.

Totally wrecked up my car. My insurance company (Farmers) called out Moreno Valley Tow.
They were very professional, worked fast, and were friendly. The did a great job at towing my wheel-​less vehicle while causing minimal damage to the underbody.
I didn’t have to deal with their billing, but they even gave me a ride home while the car was taken to «the yard.»
