I have a low-​rider schwinn. But it has been hidden in my parents garage for a few years and i just recently reacquired it and noticed the tires went flat. Went here to get the tires replaced. It was also a little dirty so i asked them if they could it give a wash. Gentlemen behind the counter was courteous and informative and super chill! They called me later that day when it was ready. The young girl behind the counter now was also cool and fun to talk to. Reasonable prices and relaxed atmosphere. I’m glad a place like this exists in MoVal. Need more places like it.

Love to love this hidden place. We came in to check out the kids bikes. Very small place, yet the owner was very helpful. He took us upstairs to see his inventory and then allowed my children to take them outside and ride them in the back of the store. We got there with 20 min till closing and the owner told us to take our time looking, he wasn’t in a rush. We ended up out with 4 brand new bikes for the family!
They adjusted the seats for us, filled up the tires, and even surprised my 2 children with bells on the handle bars! Since we were taking all 4 at the same time, they offered to deliver them for us at no extra charge! This place is family owned and I hope they stay as friendly as they were tonight! Thanks again!

This shop is the best shop around town. They are EXTREMELY friendly compared to other bike shops in Riverside that are really snobby and cocky when you ask questions. Dean, Danielle, and Skyler are very helpful and accommodating! The pricing for bike maintenance is also very fair and actually cheaper than other shops around. The best part is they accept Apple Pay and other forms of NFC payments as well!

I was assembling a downhill mountain bike frame and got stuck on the forks. They helped me put it together at a great price. Best of all they were nice about it. Some bike shop mechanics at other shops can be snobby when you bring your own projects in. They were great to give me advice and immediate help.

Great service and great staff. A small shop, but they always go the extra mile to make a customer happy.
I ride expensive bikes and demand great service.

This place is awesome. They fixed my sons «Thomas the Train» bike in ten minutes and I’ve taken my trail bike here for work as well.
The people are great and the customer service is exceptional. I will be taking all my future bicycle business here without question.
My in laws even purchased bikes here and had nothing but great things to say as well.

I was in the market for a new road bike. I found this bike shop online and came to the shop couple of times. First time I came in and told him i am looking for a new bike, Dean is very nice and friendly, he show me Jamis carbon bike on special. But I didn’t like the color on Jamis, and kept looking and shopping for a while. However, my old bike has a flat over the weekend and took my bike in for a flat repair, they took care of me quickly and price is very reasonable. After the repair, I asked Dean if he have new deals on bike, he showed me around and I saw this orange black bike they just got in the store, after test ride and I purchased right away, Dean even gave me lots of deals on accessories and helped all my questions. They are truly polite and helpful. I am glad I came to the right store for my bike. Awesome people, and great deal! Highly recommend this bike shop.

Each of the times I’ve been here (one for parts and one for repairs), the service has been great, and the employees have been friendly. They asked how could they help as soon as I walked through the door. I won’t hesitate to head back here the next time I need anything bike-​related.

We took our bikes in for a tune up after not having much success at another shop. My husband was told he needed a whole new gearing and brake system because his was dated and couldn’t be repaired. Neighborhood Cyclery stated they could fix it without having to do the replacements. Both bikes are working great at a minimal cost.
The owners also make you feel like you’re family.

Best Bike Shop in So Cal. Dean and Danielle are awesome owners and have invested in the community. They are truly happy to help with all your biking needs. They have weekly shop rides for beginner, intermediate and advanced riders, their mission is to reach the community and they are doing that.

I’ve always been the weekend warrior. The guy that takes his bike ride and gets gassed before he hits the end of the block. I always had an urge inside me to be active and enjoy the outdoors as much as i can. I found this shop from YourVilla Magazine. I wondered in and was greeted by Danielle and Dean. Two of the nicest souls on the planet. They showed me around the shop and made me feel at home. Danielle asked for my email and entered my into the weekly mailer and schedule for shop rides. My first shop ride was a little intimidating because i have never been on an organized ride before. Everyone was beyond cool and very welcoming. Fast forward a few months, Made extensive friends that i now consider my cycling family.
I never had intentions on purchasing any bike, Just improving the one i had. Dean & Danielle have helped me surpass the level of amateur rider within months. I am the type of person that ask countless questions when i am curious about something. I get obsessed about hobbies easily, Dean & Danielle have educated me to the point where I have shattered every record i ever set myself and clocked in over 1500 miles on my strava. I now proudly own two high end road bikes both purchased from neighborhood cyclery. Without a doubt, The Best bike shop on the planet.

Bike Shops like this are a dying breed. I have cycled all over the U.S. and make a point to stop in to the LBS anywhere I go. This is in my top five out of hundreds of shops I have stuck my head into.
While on a business trip to the area, I was lucky enough to finish my business early and had time to get a bike ride in… I had brought all of my gear just in case but had overlooked the need for a water bottle. So I Unilocaled a local bike shop and made my way into Neighborhood Cyclery. I am now glad I forgot my water bottle.
I wandered into the shop and was greeted by Dean, who quickly grabbed me a pair of water bottles sporting the shop logo (that is plus one in my book right there!). He then walked to the back of the shop and offered up a few electrolyte tablets from his own stash!!! Small gestures like that go a long way. I quickly refused since I needed a new pack of them anyway.
As I was talking to Dean, I asked about a good ride he could recommend. He asked a few questions to get a feel for what kind of ride I was looking for on that day then recommended a ride for me, went to his computer, printed me up a cue sheet for the ride (as he now knew I was not from the area) AND e-​mailed me the GPS to plug in to MapMyRide. AWESOME!!!
To top of my great experience, Dean offered that he would have accompanied me on the ride had he brought his gear with him that day. Dean, if you read this, I’m sorry I didn’t have the pleasure of riding with you!
And while doing all of this, Dean was still able to help another customer who needed a part for a cruiser bike. The customer was obviously unfamiliar with bikes in general and was showing him a picture on her phone of the part she needed… with no hint of the typical sneer of disdain that I have seen on too many LBS employees’ faces when they have to help the «occasional» bike rider who comes in with little knowledge of what they are asking for… Dean was kind, prompt and courteous to the customer, who was none of those things in return.
So, if you, the prospective customer, have waded through this entire post, I commend you for your perseverance! And I tell you, dear reader, that if I have not convinced you of the genuineness and earnestness of this humble establishment, I know not what more to say!!! But PLEASE give this shop your well-​deserved patronage! You will not be disappointed!!!

I see growing potential! Picked up a pair of cycling shorts, socks, and water carrier for the road bike last week. The store was still being organized but the owner made sure we found what we needed.
The show room upstairs is pretty cool!
I will definitely go back.
