Waste of money, tried to upsale a new Ac unit of 5500 $ because «mine was toast» couldn’t figure out a simple problem.
Called another company out the following day. Ac was fixed in minutes. Would not recommend

Really fast and friendly service. We had just purchased a home in Eastvale and the AC went out. I called our insurance to file a claim and they recommended someone who said they were too busy and could not see us for another week! It was so incredibly hot and there was no way we would be able to survive without the AC. I called my insurance company again and told them the situation and they gave me the number to Neighborly Heating and Cooling. Otis was able to see me in two days and only took 10 minutes to repair our AC unit. He explained that with all the new housing developments in our area, the problem we were having was quite common. I give Otis and Neighborly Heating & Cooling a 5 star rating for fast, friendly service and for most importantly helping us to make our new home cool and comfortable again.
