Papa Joe’s Pizza

WORST PLACE EVER!!! For one thing, there were 2 cockroaches near the door when I opened it. The guy working didn’t even anything about the prices (he had to ask for help), then I got cursed at for asking why the prices were different than what’s posted. Beyond rude, I will NEVER return.
The pizza was average, you could get better from Dominos!

We ordered from the cashier who was a real nice guy. He rang us up, we paid and went to the back to hand the coupon to the lady in the back kitchen (who I think was his Mother or Aunt). She flipped out; yelling at him; asking him rudely how she was supposed to make money when he accepts coupons like that and does not charge full price. She had no respect for the fact that we were watching them the whole time. The guy apologized and said he could not offer us the prices that were on the brochure. I ended up paying full price for our pizza and wings. He was embarrassed and I was disgusted by this lady’s lack of class. The food was good but nothing I can’t get at another pizza joint.

Our pizza was delicious both vegetarian and greek pizza we are definitely going back to try more items on the menu.

Tried to use their advertised coupon on Unilocal and they refused to honor it. Acted like they didn’t know what it was. The lady said she couldn’t ask the owners or anyone to verify and she never heard of it.

Well, I didn’t read the reviews prior to ordering because I got a phone call asking if I live in apartments and if so, could I meet her at the leasing office versus her actually delivering to the door. The delivery girl came to the door. My son opened the door and she just gave him the food and walked off. If this is the level of customer service, we won’t be back.
Food was good.
So we gave it another shot. Delivery was good but my pastrami was so burnt it, you couldn’t eat it. I called the restaurant and the manager said «well, what do you want me to do about it?» Needless to say, there will be no third time.

Ive been here twice for pick ups and I don’t have any complaints. Ive tried pizza, mozzarella sticks, buffalo wings, cheese bread and garlic bread, all good. I will return.

Where do i start??? I called in my order for a pizza and 2 salads and left to pick it up 20 minutes later. When i arrived and let the cashier know i was there to pick up my order. She went and grabbed a pizza and came back. I oet her know that it wasnt my order and she replied with «oh your the guy that inquired about the family size pizza and two salads. So she didnt place my order that i called in. I also had their living social deal and it took them 10 minutes to figure out how to redeem it. After all of this they finally placed my order and said it would be 15 minutes or less. After waiting 25 minutes i got impatient and decided to see what was taking so long and realized they had just put the pizza in the oven. 15 minutes later i fanally got my pizza and left… the pizza was gross and the salads came with watered down dressing that was not edible… i will never come back here again due to the poor food and terrible custoker service

Hadn’t been here since it moved to the new location. I used the Unilocal deal and paid $ 15 for $ 30 worth of food. Pizza and wings were delicious. The owner and workers were really friendly and my food was fresh out the oven. Still has the same flavor and quality I’m used to from papa joes.

Owner was very kind and the service was fast. Used groupon very worth it the pizza was great!

Would give this ghetto dump 0 stars if possible. I ordered some wings from there in 3 different flavored totaling like 15 wings and a order of potato wedges which both were severely overpriced. The wedges mushy and severity oily and were severely over priced at $ 4.95, and the burnt super dry wings tasted like they had pulled them out from behind the fryer from where they had been for the last month. The cashier is some ratchet hood rat that is constantly rolling her eyes and speaks down to you if you dare to ask her a question. I advised her that it was my first time there and wanted to know more about there menu. She rolled her eyes, let out a sigh as she then threw a menu at me and said there it is, read it. Then walked away. I will never ever come back to this place and I will tell everyone I know to never come to this dump. I know this place will go bankrupt in short order, as you can’t run a pizza shop like this. By the way this place doesn’t have pool tables or arcade games. Some of the reviews on here must be for some other place. This place sucks!!!

I placed my order online through their website and I should have followed my gut instinct of calling them to follow up on my order. But I figured it’s straight from their website, there shouldn’t be a problem. After about 45 minutes paases I decided to call and see what the hold up was, my online confirmation/​receipt didn’t give me an estimated delivery time so I didn’t know exactly how long I should wait. Well it turns out they never did get my order, the fax was messing up, I thought ok… not their fault. I proceeded to place my order through phone, and the girl was very rude, talking to me like… in a whatever mood answering with a bit of attitude. I had ordered boneless wings online, and they said I can’t order wings because they don’t have oil anymore and their grill or whatever was closed. I ordered bone in wings and when they came they were extremely dry, with hardly any sauce on them. I order a $ 2 brownie and a slice of cheesecake for $ 3.50 turns out they were the smallest things ever. Extremely over priced. Pizza was pretty good, but not the best. Never gonna order from them again.

Worse customer service ever!!! The cashier did not know how to work the register, and I used a coupon and they refused to accept the wing special which it did not say on the fine print. And after showing him the fine print, he stated «well its my discretion». With my order of 20 wings and 1 pound of wedges, I received 2 small ranch cups. Really! I paid almost $ 25 to be treated like I was bothering them. My children did enjoy the food and said it was tasty but I will not be returning. Poor customer service!!!

I love this spot. Cheap beer and great Pizza. This is my go to on Football Sundays!

Great pizza. It is really good for the price. The actually shop is a bit small and it was really hot inside during the summer.

The giant pizza is pretty cool and great for parties, but nothing else really screams awesome about this place. Had a beer or two there once and wasnt impressed enough to return.

Would have given zero stars if I could. Horrible customer service. Used a groupon. They state groupon only works on some food not all. Such BS. Don’t waste your time or money on this place!!! NEVER coming here again!

Great place… front staff friendly and courteous. The pizza was awesome… bbq chicken to be more specific… would definitely come again… the pool tables are shabby but Smthn cool to do while waiting for your food.

I love Papa Joe’s, the owner Hector is the best!
The pizza is soo delicious, my favorite would have to be the veggie pizza with grilled onions and chicken minus the black olives (gross =). I will eat this if I’m on my healthy kick… But if im not, and I want to go in on a pizza I will get a mini chesse deluxe that has the works on it. It is really good with a side salad.

Got everything you need from a Liquor Market, and they have little extras most joint like this don’t have or carry.
And it’s has a full blown pizza parlor good stuff.

Was not really impressed as they kind of fell short for me. I thought that the crust was pretty well made but just a tad too greasy. After that, everything was down hill. The sauce they used was very thin and almost sweet, while the italian sausage was very processed from a thawed out bag. The topping slumped off the the crust every slice we ate.
For the money – I would say that the quality was poor to mediocre at best and they could have definitely used fresh quality ingredients as opposed to half-​assed bargain fare.
