Pizzo Bros Towing

Horrible service. Called for a tow, immediately told me they didn’t have a truck available and good luck and hung up.

My BMW water pump broke down in Moreno valley and I ended up stranded at the mercy of a shady mechanic «Corral’s Mercedes Benz». I had to get my car towed out of this mechanic shop and to Chino some 30 miles away. I called probably around 10 towing places before I found Pizzo Bros. I spoke to Dwane and the experience was night and day compared to the other places. He was straight forward with his rates (Which was the lowest out of the 10 places I called). I had to coordinate with him the pick up of the car since the mechanic insisted to keep the car for another hour. Dwane kept in touch and showed up on time for the pick up. He had the flat bed as required for BMW towing, and no kidding it was one of the cleanest towing trucks I have seen. He carefully loaded the car and I followed him to the drop off zone through medium traffic. He was even more careful unloading the car and made sure to position it exactly where I asked him so I don’t have to try moving the car.
I had such a bad experience with the mechanic in Moreno valley and I was in a bad mood that day. Dwane from Pizzo bros was able to turn my bad day into an ok one.
