The Smog Shop

Felt like a rip off shop. I called in advance for a quote for a smog check. Person on the phone quoted me a certain amount and also mentioned to show the discount coupon to the clerk upon arrival from their website for a discount. Moments later when I arrived I mentioned to the clerk about getting a smog. She quoted a little higher price than the person before on the phone. I also showed her the discount coupon off their website and she said they don’t have that coupon deal etc. I mentioned to her what I was told on the phone and as to why I was showing her the discount coupon. She then changed her mood and said yes she will honor it. After hearing that I was really hesitant to continue moving forward so I decided to just change my mind and went to another shop. I had a gut feeling I maybe be ripped off, so I went with it. If I’m wrong… hey I am not perfect.

No complaints, they are quick and professional.

This is a very small little place, I never even knew this place existed before I needed a smog. They were fast and nice and I will definitely be back next time I need a smog

Failed my vehicle because of diagnistics. I have been informed by a reliable smog source that my vehicle is not even required to be tested for diagnostics. Why was it? I should have known when the other smog facility that I took my vehicle to (and it passed) had to correct all my info that was sent to BAR. I was charged. I feel I was done wrong. Maybe I should inform BAR?

Good straightforward smog shop – no funny business, and quick. In&out the door, even on a Saturday.
Well. nearly no funny business, but they do tack-​on an extra $ 1 for processing a credit card transaction, that they don’t mention… That always ‘grinds my gears’ a little.
Anyway, I’ll be back. cash in hand I suppose – cause their fast and efficient.

3÷3÷14. Had my 08 Scion XD smog checked here. Great customer service and prompt diagnosis. Unilocal discount honored. Marcos business owner/​technician was very professional. 3÷11÷14 decided to bring my mom’s RAV4.

Great customer service, fast service, and waiting room had wifi! This place was faster and cheaper than any place I have been too. I am a creature of habit and this will definitely be my go to smog test place.

Took a 2000 Porche here for smog test, and I was pleased with the level of service offered. Plus when I called they let me know they had a coupon, saving me money, too. I’ll definitely be back when my car needs a smog test.
