Tim’s Reflexology

I was disappointed with the language barrier. I went yesterday for my first time & asked for the hour long foot massage. I was confused when the woman told me to take off my shirt and started at my head. It felt good so I went with it anyway. Shortly after starting she put a cloth on my face and the a guy started massaging me. Not what I wanted! He did the rest of my arms and then my feet & calves. Then I was told to turn over & he did my back. I did like the massagem but that wasn’t what I asked for & I didn’t like them switching from a female to a male without telling me.
Then when I went to pay with a gift card that my daughter bought there for me, they told me it was no good. That was a $ 40 gift card! I had to pay $ 20 cash & I did give the guy a tip. The gift card company has «Tim’s Reflexology» on the front. There is a website listed, «www​.bcs​gift​.com». They I looked them up online & got a number. They said I would have to handle it with the Tim’s. My daughter kept the receipt but it only shows a sale for $ 40. It doesn’t specifically say what the receipt is for. So in the long run, my massage cost $ 60 for an hour, not $ 20, plus my $ 5 tip.
I’m not going back there!

Genuinely a good massage. I had several kinks in my back and they worked them all out. Plus its a great price, $ 20 for an hour full body massage.
There was a bit of a language barrier with the person who gave me my massage. She didnt really speak english which is fine but I couldn’t tell her what areas I wanted her to focus on.
All in all it was a great massage. I’ll definitely will be returning.

I came here to treat my mom today and we both got the $ 20 full body massage. Omg. We both feel so much better! The employees are very friendly. The atmosphere is relaxing. The room where the massages take place are in a dark room. I can’t wait to get an amazing massage again here! Thank you!

I was very disappointed in this place. I had just come from another location in Moreno Valley and they didn’t have a female masseuse available so I came here. I did like the privacy of the rooms. I had a combo massage. For 30 minutes they massage your feet and then for 30 minutes your body and it’s 30 dollars. For 30 minutes all she did was lightly rub my feet. I asked her for more pressure, but she didn’t. I felt like leaving, but I thought I would give her a chance on my back shoulder which was very sore. I feel like I wasted my time. I don’t believe this woman is trained, I could get a better massage from my young daughter. I can’t believe this place gets away with this. The woman waited by the cashier for a tip and the owner/​cashier asked me if I was going to leave a tip. I felt 30 was more than enough for the poor quality rubdown I got. I told them I didn’t like it and I would not be returning. Take classes please, look on youtube but DONT PRETEND THAT YOU ARE GIVING ME A MASSAGE. SOMEONE NEEDS TO REPORT THEM TO BBB.

Don’t go! Worst «massage» yet. The guy at the front is a hustler. He recommended a $ 30 combo massage then after charged me $ 40 for a full body massage not the combo he recommended. The ladies doing the massages don’t speak a word of English, she could not understand when I told her to go harder. I told her to do my feet, she didn’t understand, obviously because the guy at the front told her it was a full body which doesn’t include feet. Felt like she was just putting lotion on me. I doubt they have licences to massage.

I had a wonderful experience here. I had a horrible kink in my neck and left feeling so much better. Elisa was wonderful and did not massage too soft or too hard. I love the privacy of the room and everything was so clean. Will definitely be coming back.

This place is a hidden gem, the initial start for me was not so graceful, being that the owners English is very limited, he hung up on me & to top it off my gps had a hard time finding it + there weren’t any posted pictures to use as landmarks… Any who, I managed to make an appointment successfully & upon arrival the attendants prepared myself & the boyfriends session, $ 20 for a full body massage including reflexology is priceless! I encourage anyone in the area to treat yourself to this venue, because you won’t be cheating yourself at all! A happy ending minus all the hype! ;)

This is an amazing place for foot massages!!! Staff is extremely courteous and friendly. The reclining seats are a bonus!

My wife and I gave this place a try and it did not disappoint. We normally go to My happy feet in riverside but we are so glad we found this place. Great price $ 20 per hour. Great service. Best of all its local. Definitely coming back here.
