Horrible, horrible customer service!
The girls that work there are unwelcoming, rude and snotty. Today they lost my business because it seemed to be such an in-​convince to open up a dressing room, Oh sorry I interrupted you scrolling on Instagram and talking crap about another customer. The girl with the black hair and hoochie dresses needs to go. She has the worst attitude of them all. The only reason I gave the store two stars is because it’s clean and organized.

When I went with my fiancé, they immediately greeted us. They are a very stocked and clean store. The employees did offer to help us several times. The only thing I would fix is they need to make sure there is always someone close to the fitting rooms so their customers don’t have to go searching for someone.

Absolutely TERRIBLE service from the employees! Wet Seal hires a bunch of punks. There is this one flamboyant (gay) guy who is rude to the customers, rolls his eyes when asked questions, and Its a hassle to get one of them to get you into the dressing room. Then when a good looking girl walks in the store the employee girls throw dirty looks, dont offer to help like they should, and are snobby. The clothing may be cheap at times but their employees drive the customers away. I wouldn’t be surprised f this store closes down soon. If I had the power I would hire an completely new staff. Its ridiculous.
