Mike is pretty much the best loan guy I’ve met. He holds true to the old addage, «Under promise & over deliver.» He’s not only done loans for me personally, but for clients of mine as well. He understands the markets as good as any financial expert, & is great about explaining the process in an understandable fashion. Like the good old days, he delivers great service at a very fair price. No BS… he’s the best.

It was a pleasure working with Mike. He really took the time to answer any question my husband and I had. Being 1st time home buyers it was intimidating to see all the different type of loans out there, never ending paperwork and confusing numbers being given to us but with Mike’s help and knowledge we felt comfortable knowing we were making the right decision for our future.
We just closed on our first home 3 weeks ago and we are soooo happy! Both my husband and I greatly appreciate all the hard work Mike and the rest of his staff at Avantis Captial did for us.
We won’t be looking into buying another home for awhile but when we do, we are 100% going back to Avantis Captial.

Working with Mike at Avantis was a great experience. We worked with Mike from the very beginning (getting pre-​approved) to close of escrow.
He took the time to explain the mortgage process to us in detail and got us a fantastic rate. We don’t plan on needing a new loan anytime soon (unless rates go to near zero, which is unlikely), but if I did, I would definitely go back to Mike.
