Bay Area Kids Dentist

If I could give Bay Area Kids Dentist 10 stars I would! Couldn’t have had a better experience. ALL of the staff there were amazing. Bernice was the sweetest person ever! She made our 3 year old son feel so comfortable and at ease by showing him all the tools and letting him see how they work and what their purposes were. Office was super clean, well organized, totally kid oriented. My son left feeling so confident and brave about his appointment he told everyone about seeing the dentist after we left. Thank you Bay Area Kids Dentist for making me feel at ease with the care of my son. It means the world to me how sweet everyone was and how happy my son was when he left. I’m almost hesitant to spread the word because I don’t want them to be too booked for us in 6 months!

This is the best pediatric dentist I have been to. We have had 3 different dentists. When we moved to Morgan Hill, I found Bay Area Kids and I am so happy with our choice. He offers preventative solutions, non-​invasive treatment, and compassionate care. Great with my kids, thorough, excellent office staff, great environment.

Bay Area Kids Dentist has been a blessing to my child and to my family! (We originally tried a different pediatric dentist and if anything, they only made my daughters fear of the dentist worse). We were recommended to Bay Area Kids Dentist by a family member and trying their office was the best decision we could have made! Their staff at the Morgan Hill office did an amazing job at making my daughter feel comfortable with the cleaning they were doing on her that day and making sure she wasn’t scared of any of their tools. I LOVE how patient and kid friendly they are! They have so many different techniques to make your child feel comfortable and spend so much time with your child until they do. This really goes a long way when it comes to a child afraid of the dentist.
My daughter has some work that needs to be done and I was dreading an appointment in fear that she would be too afraid to cooperate. Bay Area Kids Dentist (Santa Clara Office this time) proved me wrong once again! My daughter had a filling and a crown done today and she felt so comfortable with Kayla and Dr. Radwan — not one whine or complaint out of her! We were so traumatized from our first experiences at a different dentist office, I never imagined being able to get something so big as a crown done on my daughter without her crying in fear or unwilling to cooperate. Bay Area Kids Dentist again, walked her through the whole process/​what to expect and I swore it was like my daughter was never afraid of the dentist!

This place was amazing! Dr. Radwan in Morgan Hill and his staff were the best. Thank you to Dr. Radwan and Jenice who made my son Jackson feel so comfortable and laugh at a place that could be scary for kids but definitely not this place. It’s very kid friendly, lots of toys for the kids, they have tv’s on the ceiling so when the kids are getting their teeth cleaned they can watch movies.
Jenice showed Jackson each tool (including gloves and mask), of what she was going to be using. My son loved the cleaning and he felt so comfortable he let them take x-​rays of his teeth! Jencie showed me how to clean his teeth which was an awesome technique. The Dentist, Dr. Radwan sat down with Jack and talked to him as well. as me and did not make me feel bad in anyway about the outcome of his teeth, especially as a first time parent. You think you are doing everything right then when you get to a Dr. reality kicks in lol. I would highly recommend and actually looking forward to taking Jack back there again.

I have to write a review for this Amazing office! I take all 3 of my kiddos here and it Great! The staff is so nice and kid friendly. My youngest looks forward to coming back every 6 months for her teeth cleanings :)

Such a great experience from start to finish! My son is 2 and had his first dentist appointment today. I was nervous because he is VERY busy and active and has a hard time staying still for too long, but every single person here was wonderful and I will be recommending Bay Area Kids Dentist to all the parents I know :)
The front desk staff were very warm and welcoming, the waiting room is sparkling clean with fabulous fun sensory toys and one of our favorite movies playing. There was a big chalk board with all the kids’ names welcoming them.
Daisy was our dental hygienist/​assistant and she couldn’t have been more fun and engaging! She showed my son all her equipment «toys» and showed him how it all worked in such a cute interactive way, he loved it and connected with her. She gave me such great tips and tricks for 2 year old oral care– stuff I definitely needed to know! She was able to clean and polish his teeth while making it comfortable and fun for him. My son also needed an x-​ray today which is not an easy feat for this 2 year old and she was so patient and again, so engaging and got the x-​ray we needed! She was super knowledgable and is obviously an expert at what she does! Also, and this is HUGE for me, there were a few things I needed to speak with Dr. Radwan about and Daisy again stepped in and played with Dylan so I could focus on that convo with the Dentist — Thank you Daisy!
I’ve never been to a Pediatric Dentist, but Dr. Radwan exceeded all my expectations! He was great with my son, engaging, enthusiastic and patient. I had a couple of concerns about my son’s developing teeth and he listened, was super thoughtful in his follow up questions and decided to do some x-​rays, which I was thrilled about, because it helped answers some questions and will guide our further exploration of this matter. He is going to «do a little homework» he said and speak with some colleagues to help guide our next steps. I am in the medical field (labor and delivery nurse) and this is nowhere near my area of expertise ;), but I do know that the number one thing I’m looking for in any health care provider is to help investigate if there’s something out of ordinary and not just dismiss it. And if someone doesn’t know the answer, be willing to look into it a little deeper. I know this isn’t always easy because there are a lot of patients to see, a business to run, and only so many hours in the day, but his willingness to go the extra mile to help me with a plan for my son is HUGELY appreciated! –Thank you Dr. Radwan!

Took my 2 year old here for her first dental visit. It was a great experience beginning to end. She first was seen by Dr Radwan who was wonderful. I hate the dentist and he really made my girl comfortable. We came back 5 months later when my daughter was complaining of tooth pain. Dr Metwally saw us right away and even though my daughter needed extensive work he put my mind at ease. Yesterday we came in for her work to be done. She had to be sedated because she is so young. The staff made both her and I feel comfortable. Dr Metwally and his staff updated me regularly throughout the procedure. Today my daughter is happy go lucky and says she loves her dentist. She doesn’t remember any of the work and was not traumatized at all. Thank you Dr Metwally and bay area kids dentist for taking such good care of my daughter.

We love Dr Radwan and his staff! my children have seen him since they were very small in his Sunnyvale office, recently we moved to Gilroy and I was ecstatic to find out he has an office in Morgan Hill. I brought my youngest son Niko for his first visit and was blown away by his dental assistant she was so kind and spent so much time explaining everything to Niko and I really appreciated her kid friendly and sweet attitude and demeanor. Thank you all, I highly recommend this dentist and his offices for you kids… AWESOME JOB!

Awesome! Super friendly staff and the BEST setup for a children’s dental office that I’ve ever seen.

So so grateful to all the local moms who recommended this place! From the fun toys in the waiting room to the special kids’ door into the back rooms, this office is totally set up to make kids comfortable. If Debbie, the hygienist we saw, ever decides to quit, I hope she comes to me first. I’d happily pay her to convince my toddler to do things she doesn’t want to do – Debbie seriously has superpowers in that realm. I was so worried going in that this would be a difficult experience. My child is too young to really understand what’s going on, and I worried she’d be scared or uncomfortable. The entire staff made her comfortable. Debbie took a lot of time showing her all the instruments and playing with her. She even put my daughter’s favorite movie on the screen above the chair. She was comfortable, I was comfortable, everyone left happy. A+++ rating.

I brought my daughter in to see Dr. Radwan for her first ever doctor appointment. I couldn’t be happier! From beginning to end, Dr. Radwan and his team put us at ease — they were kind, fun and explained everything that was going to happen in a way that my daughter would understand. The office was beautiful, clean and kid friendly. They even had tvs on the ceiling so kids can watch movies while they are having their teeth cleaned. I thought that was genius!

Awesome and friendly staff, great office! They are really good with the kids, explain everything, are caring and patient, and very «hip». My sons always have a great experience at the dentist and parents are made to feel at ease also!

My kids aren’t scared to go to the dentist, which makes me happy. The staff always makes them feel at ease when taking them to the back room. I like all the options they have in the front lobby for children of all ages. I especially love their «guess how many?» jar games. My daughter was a winner at one of the games and received a something nice in the mail, she was a happy camper and asked me to drive her there so she can play the next game (NOT).

This has to be the best kids dental office. The staff is friendly and prompt. I have three children who were seen by Dr Metwally and were assisted by the dental assistant Debbie. She was very nice and cared for my three children. We had concerns that my 7 yr old would be scared, but he was calm due to the caring nature of the office staff. I will continue to take my kids to this office. A+++ all the way.

This guys are unbelievably awesome with your kids. Make visiting the dentist fun for the kids while learning about the tools at the same time. I would give 10 stars if I could!

My two sons, 4 and 5 years old have been visiting Dr. Radwan’s dentistry for about 2 years. I find it hard to believe but every time my wife tells them it’s time to go to the dentists’ they actually get excited about it!
Last time my wife was busy so I took my younger kid for a cleaning and checkup. Staff was super friendly and while we were waiting my son entertained himself playing with toys and a video game available in the waiting room.

Then we met dental assistant Alyssa who did an absolutely amazing work. She went through all dental tools one by one, showed how each of them works and made everything a funny game. She was constantly smiling and joking, and it was so smooth that I was extremely impressed.
After the cleaning was done, Dr. Radwan approached and did the checkup. He thoroughly explained his findings and patiently answered my questions. It’s easy to see that he has a great deal of experience, so I’m sure my kids are in good hands.
Finally my son was offered to pick a toy (I find it a really smart idea to keep the kids happy). 5 stars overall and highly recommended!

This is one of the best children’s dentist offices that I have ever been too.
They are very professional & are very good with the kids that go in there.
Their office is also very nice looking and plenty of things to keep kids occupied and fine with being there.

We went here today for my 2 year 3 month old’s first dental visit. Right when we walked in, you could feel the love for kids. The waiting room has tons of toys and lots of color. My son immediately walked in and started playing with the toys on the table. In the waiting room is also coffee for the parents. There is also a board on the wall that said Dr. Radwan’s office welcomes and had my son’s name on it. Not that big of a deal but I thought it was incredibly thoughtful. The wait was only as long as it took me to fill out the initial paperwork. We walked in with a wonderful dental assistant. She asked me a couple of questions and then asked my son to sit on the dental chair after she let him pick out a toothbrush. She opened all of her tools and went through every one with my son and showed him what each one did. She made it really fun and playful for him and got comfortable really quickly. She polished his teeth and flossed them for him. Dr. Radwan came over as soon as she was done and was really great with my son also. It was nice that he knew my son’s name before walking up to him. Once again, something small, but it showed me what kind of dentist he was. He was really quick but very thorough with my son. He was gentle with him and my son just kept watching «Cars» which was on the TV above him. They give headphones that fit like a stethoscope and that kept him occupied the whole time his teeth were being worked on. As soon as he was done, the dental assistant went took my son about 5 feet away where he could pick a sticker and a toy and played with him while the Dr. talked to me. The Dr. explained to me all of his findings and made sure I didn’t have any questions before he left. My son left with a small blue drawstring backpack filled with a toothbrush, toothpaste, floss sticks, and a couple of new cars. When I went to schedule the next appointment, the receptionist had already done so and quickly explained to me the charges for the day. Overall, an excellent experience and I would HIGHLY recommend them. I am really happy we found such a great pediatric dentist!

THE VERY BEST dental office for children!!! I am extremely sad I have to move to a different city, Dr. Radwan and his staff definitely set a high standard in pediatric dentistry. My kids (5 and 3) were always excited for their cleanings, they felt it was a treat! They got to watch a movie and got a toy at the end while mommy enjoyed a fresh and delicious coffee… Even I am going to miss this place! lol
