So here is the deal with this company that the other reviewers all addressed:
1) construction of the pool
This is really where the company excels. Everything goes real smooth with them from start to finish when you are building the pool. They schedule all the subcontractors, stick to the budget and finish on schedule. Greg is real easy to deal with and very helpful in the whole process.
However, the customer services disappears afterwards…
2) After the pool is built
Here is where the problems begin. They have NO customer service afterwards. They will refer you to other companies that you didn’t deal with during the construction process or ask you to contact the manufacturer. How are you supposed to know who to contact? It’s very frustrating.
The problems often arise because after the pool is done you are no longer dealing with Greg but rather with main office and the lady is soooo rude. She should not be dealing with customers at all because she has no customer service skills whatsoever. Horrible person to you on the phone and just will tell you to call the manufacturer or the subcontractor, even though you hired them to build the pool. To solve this problem, they should really give you all the contact information of all the manufacturers and subs when the job is done so that you are not left to fend for yourself.
If you hire them, then you should get all the information before the job is done. Otherwise you’ll be left on your own afterwards.

We just signed the contract to have Greg and Blue Haven Pools build us our dream pool. Its been a breeze working with Greg. Pool should be complete by end of July. Greg has been very professional and knows his stuff. Looking forward to swimming in August. More to come.

We couldn’t have been more pleased. Blue Haven designed and built our pool a year ago, and the experience was perfect. Greg was great to work with, every step of the way. They met every time commitment. Greg even came out 6 months after the pool was completed to walk us through the procedures for cleaning/​maintaining the pool filter. Trustworthy, honest & caring.

These guys are horrible. They are your best friends until the pool is done. Once they have received the final check, you can forget about getting any type of follow up service or support. They will quickly refer you to someone else like they can’t be bothered. My 2 neighbors had the same experience with these guys.
