Crystal is the best! I’ve gone to so many nail salons and nobody does it better than Crystal. She’s such a perfectionist! My nails always look great after she’s done them. I told her what I tell all nail technicians, «My index fingers are always the problem. No matter what, they always look crooked.» And she’s the only one that has managed to make them straight!!! I love her and her work! 5 stars to Crystal. You won’t be disappointed.

I’ve been coming here to get my nails done for almost a year. They do your nails really well but get crazy busy. If you have an appointment at 2:00 don’t expect for them to start on you until 2:20. They will start on the people who walked in directly before you who didn’t schedule an appointment first. Sometimes if you try to do a walk in they will tell you to come back in a couple of hours which is really inconvenient for people with a tight schedule.

Went in for a manicure + pedicure not more than three days ago.
Pedi is ok, although I do see a bit of cuticle space on the polish job. Does not look like i just had a pedi done.
Manicure…they didn’t bother taking off my left over shellac. It was clear shellac and it was only on a few nails so there were a few uneven bumps on my nail bed.
The new polish therefore does not look smooth. It doesn’t shine, and it’s only been two days and is already chipping!

Kim was amazing! I got a gel manicure she was so attentive and very detailed she also sparked conversation and made me laugh which I really enjoyed. because I don’t get too fancy with my nails just solid colors I mostly worry about sanitation, this salon met my standards. I also got a pedicure and they lined their bowls with a plastic cap which means no jets but that’s ok with me if it means no cooties. Can’t wait to see Kim again in a couple weeks! and you should too!

Got off work early today and snuck in for a last minute pedicure. No wait. Great polish selection but I brought my own Jamberry polish since :) Hannah did a great job with my spa pedicure. Opted for basic $ 25 pedicure with add on of 10 minute massage for $ 10… Well worth it!!! Really love the spot… Great for grabbing a coffee and coming for some self care… Now I’m onto Trader Joes!!! Will for sure be back and totally recommend… I’ve tried a few of the local nail salons and I’m most impressed by this one!

Clean, good service and pretty open to last minute appointments. My shellac stays on pretty long.

Been going to this spa for 2.5 years now and I always love what they’ve done! My gel nails last for 1.5 month and doesn’t peel like some do! I am relaxed and the ladies are very friendly and sweet! Truly happy and won’t go anywhere else even when they are busy, I wait my turn or I make an appointment!

This was my first time here. I’m 8 months pregnant and came in for a pedicure. The woman who did my pedicure was very nice and friendly and helped make sure I was comfortable with the chair. She also did an excellent job painting my toes and scrubbing them. One thing I noticed about the place was its extremely clean– the building itself had no clutter or dust and each pedicure chair has its own plastic wrap in the tub protecting it from germs. Easier to relax knowing it was clean. I will come back here for sure.

I usually go to modern nails but they were full so I took a chance and came here I shouldn’t have I now have a bad ingrown toenail that is so painful. Not to mention how annoying it was that the lady doing my pedicure kept trying to up sale me and seemed upset because I didn’t not want a more expensive pedicure. Do yourself a favor do not waste your money here!!!

I really like this nail shop. Usually nail shops last me about 3 visits before I find something that makes me not want to go back (cuts, weird locations, bad service, etc), but I have been here many times and have not experienced any of the above. Even walking in, if they are busy, they will try to accommodate you as best as possible. The quality of the manicure or pedicures is always fantastic, and I have never experienced any discomfort (no injuries, no pain while removing gels — much more than I can say for other shops). They also use plastic liners in their pedicure chair tubs, and use sterile tools, so you know you’re clean.

My wife has a really bad experience that she blame it on me because I told her this shop has a good Unilocal review.

Good prices but couldn’t fix my nail. They don’t do a good job and I went to get my nail fixed and it broke again the next day. They also cut my toe nails way too short so they grew in wrong. It’s a nice place but I’m not coming back.

I came to Diva Salon to feel relaxed by getting a pedicure and manicure. I had heard of decent reviews of the place and since I was going to be in the area I figured I would go. I have never in my life had such a horrendous experience before!
It started with the receptionist who passed me to serve other women, even though I had arrived first. After making an adamant statement about my scheduled appointment, the receptionist acknowledges me with complete disregard. I should have walked out then, but I really had hoped to freshen up my look for the holiday, needless to say I was not going to be feeling relaxed.
After I was seated — 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment, I was left by the manicurist as she went to serve another woman who was a walk in. Guess the women’s race.
When I finally received service, the manicurist referred to me as Indian girl in Vietnamese– being well traveled there are many ethnic terms I am aware of. The woman was too busy having conversations instead of giving me proper service and would afflict constant pain as her lack of attention would cause her to be abrasive.
I’m thinking this immigrant run hint with limited capacity to communicate in English is racist and a pathetically run business.

I thank the Unilocalers for their reviews, that’s why I checked Diva out. I love this place. Brand new instruments they open from sterilized packets. I love the pedicure with exfoliating scrub, then cleansing with fresh lemons, the parrifin wax treatment followed by hot stone massage. I’ll never go anywhere else. I highly recommend Diva. Clean place, friendly people. Great place to pamper yourself. Did I mention massage chairs!!!

Not impressive.
After being a costumer for a good time, I was very unfriendly alerted to the fact that they don’t take male costumers.
Disappointing

Disappointed… I really loved coming here, but after my last experience, I will never go back… The pedicure that I had here (with Jessie) gave me a horrible ingrown toenail (on my big toe). Jessie cut my toe nail across (normal) and then down along the nail bed (not okay). It was, and is STILL very painful. After about 1 week, it became red and swollen with white pus and a pulse of its own. I had to go and pay to have a doctor remove about ¼ of my toe nail, because of the way that she cut my nail… I had the deluxe lemon pedicure which stung really bad and was unenjoyable after the cut she gave me.
I called the owner of the salon (Nina) to let her know what happened (I wouldn’ want this to happen to anyone else)…She assured me that Jessie has already been let go (due to other complaints)…she offered me a discount… if next time… I request her… A DISCOUNT. What makes her think I would want to spend money at her spa ever again?!
For all the trouble, and money for doctors, and medication to heal my foot, I feel I deserve at least a refund. I have had to pay a lot more money to have my toenail fixed than the actual pedicure. Plus my toe looks jacked up for sandal season :(
Pedicures were once one of my favorite things… but this experience has forever ruined it for me. I never want a nail tech to touch my feet again!!!

Wow wow wow!
I am no means a nail salon regular or loyalist however after today anytime I plan on getting my nails done I’m coming here! Nina was fabulous. I get acrylics with no tips and she put these stickers under so it doesn’t curl under my nail, which always bugged me, and it made such a difference. Idk why no one else has done this. She was also constantly checking her work and even removed a sign because it wasn’t good enough for her.

This nail spa is modern, clean, spacious and has great customer service.
They have high ceilings with simple modern furniture and décor that really adds to the ambience. They do many little things that make the experience nicer. For pedicures, they line the tubs with plastic to make sure everything is sanitary and also throw in so lemon slices into the water. For both pedicure and manicure, they massage you with oils and more. They also serve you mini water bottles and offer white and red wine on the house. Aside from nails, they also offer bikini waxing.
This place is super nice and I love taking my girlfriends here for a relaxing and nicer than average nail spa experience.

No major complaints — sometimes have to wait a bit to get in, as a walk-​in. And, when I come with my daughter, I prefer to have our nails done at the same time, but it doesn’t always happen. Not as heavily staffed as some salons (hence the wait).
It’s clean, modern, nice staff, and they do a great job. Pricing is good also. Color change for kids is only $ 5 (plus tip) — so, it’s nice to be able to treat my daughter once in awhile, without breaking the bank ;)
