If I could give zero stars I would. This was for ADT. The install person «forgot» to tell me how much extra each window was ($ 100) to install and then after the install was complete decided to disclose to me that it was a 2 year contract. I had specifically asked for a month to month contract at the outset. And now they are trying to still charge me even though I voided the charge forms so they have no authorization to charge me, TERRIBLE and dishonest!

If only I have read the reviews before using this company. I was handed over to this company from Allconnect, with a $ 100 gift card promotion from a company called Security Choice. I never got that gift card. Ended up getting two month free from ADT as compensation. Do not go through ADT dealers at all. Go direct through ADT. You get higher prices, bad service and no one to talk to.

Horrible service! total ripoff!!! if you value your time and money, DO NOT sign a contract with these people!!! Very unprofessional staff!!! They never installed the ADT system correctly to begin with!!! Within less than a year, system broke down 8 times! Please save yourself from a disaster before you lock yourself in any kind of contract.

Absolutely horrible service. Cancelled my appointment without even double checking. Took a day off work. Appt originally scheduled for 8 – 10. They had it down as 8 – 11, and then when I called at 9:30 found out technician thought it was cancelled. Now appt set for 4 – 6. Technician was nice and did a good job but an appt that was suppose to be done by 10am ended at 5pm.
