My wife & recently purchased a Thor Palazzo from McMahons RV in Morgan Hill. Great experience! 1st working with Mike Hill who listened to what we wanted and had the patience to work with us to help us find what worked for us (not what they had on the lot at the time). Mike invited us to the big show in Pamona, was prepared to show us several RVs that were in our sweet spot & set up to look at RVs not offered by McMahons so that we could really comparison shop.
At every step, I felt that they listened to what we asked for and worked to meet our needs, not sell us what they had. In Morgan Hill, we completed the transaction with Matt Hasson who again worked to make sure everything was taken care of. The tech’s seem to really care that we are happy.
Overall, we have had a great experience with McMahon’s and look forward to working with them. I have no hesitation recommending them to those looking to buy an RV.

My wife & I have been RV’ers for 40+ years. Last year we bought a used 35′ diesel pusher motorhome as a ‘starter’ DP rig. We’ve been to other RV lots and several shows and have found most of the sales staffs to be knowlegable, helpful, friendly and easy to talk to.
Not these bozos! Both of the sales guys we talked to were rude, dismissive, and belitteling. One of them asked my wife if she knew what kind of roof our current motorhome had and made a big deal out of it when she didn’t know. Like anyone’s wife would know? That wasn’t the only issue we had with them, just the final straw. At that point my interest in ANY further discussion with McMahon’s RV ended. Not a very successful sales style!
Bottom line? When we’re ready to move into a higher end rig we WILL NOT be talking to these clowns. Hopefully they will go out of business in that location just like the previous 2 RV dealerships have. Can’t be soon enough.
