Sailor’s Ink

Jen has cancelled and rescheduled two of my appointments so I decided not to make appointment #3. She does not have the customer service skills or respect for her customers that she needs to run a successful company. I have also tried to go and take a look in the shop before making my appointments and all three times no one was at the shop, even though their hours stated they were to be open.

If you love tattoos you go high and low looking for someone amazing… Well I’ve lived in so many cities and when I walk away feeling disappointed I wonder why did I not wait for Jen. She listens, she is professional, she is artistic and her hands are amazing! I hope I can cross oaths with her again and get more! You will not be disappointed… She is the REAL deal!

I’m sad to have to review how disappointed I am with Jen’s customer service. We’ve had a combined total of 4 appointments with her and she’s cancelled 2 of them. One was understandable but the most recent was just plain poor planning and bad customer service. On both of the appointments that she kept it took far too long to actually get anything started. Our time is valuable just like everybody’s is and she takes far too long to get started for my taste. I’ve had work done by lots of artists, some very famous in the tattoo world and I’ve never had an appointment cancelled or had to wait for over 30 minutes to get the work started. While she is a very talented artist that’s not enough for me to continue to patronize her shop. I had plans of having her do a full back piece for me but I’ll be looking for someone else to do that for me and my fiancée will have her work finished elsewhere as well. I’d give her 5 stars for her art work but 0 stars for reliability and customer service. I was really looking forward to working with her on a long term project but I can’t deal with wasting time and flaky people.

I’ve never had a tattoo artist so invested in her business but at the same time treat her customers like family. Not only is she a great artist but she trying to figure out what you really want rather than what you think you want.
Jen invests so much time to make sure that it’s exactly what your looking for rather then what you randomly think you want. What a great person. Even if you don’t know her, she still treats you like a friend if not family. Please see her and tell her what ideas you have because she can turn them into magic..

Tyler was an artist I went to before he came here; as nice and talented as he is, he lacks communication skills and costumer service. He left my Mom’s original tattoo by him and the touch up he started both unfinished.
He forgot and had to cancel on her several times and it’s difficult to get a hold of him. I had to find out through his coworker why he stopped doing business with us. There was miscommunication on pricing on his part and we would have paid his quote if kept in contact with us.
Come here if you want colorful and fun ink, but be mindful if you go to Tyler for work done.

Love this shop! So clean and good vibes. Blaine has done a great work so far. Headed back to see him for the third time!

Jen is a great artisit, her shop is very clean. She is very patient and helps with ideas. Love this place not one problem and been here 3 times already… pricing is very reasonable, work it great!!! love it
