Absolutely obsessed with Amanda. I always walk out feeling and looking so amazing. She always makes my crazy ideas a reality and is honest with me about how my hair will stay maintained. I don’t trust my hair with anyone else!

Sometimes in life you meet someone who is the genuine article. Rosie is one of those people. Not only is she a great experienced stylist and colorist, she has one of the most gracious hearts I have ever known. The salon is beautifully appointed, clean and provides you with a relaxing spa atmosphere. Everyone that works there is friendly and welcoming. I look forward to seeing them all at my scheduled appointments. I have tried several salons in town and this salon I highly recommend for all your beauty needs. I am truly fortunate to have found this salon and most of all Rosie!

If you are looking for an amazing colorist/​hairstylist look no further. After bouncing from salon to salon, and not finding what I was looking for, I found Amanda’s page along with her work on Instagram. I explained to her my vision, and the end result was even better than I expected. She gives you realistic expectations and explains the process thoroughly. I am over the moon with my cut and color each and every time. She has an extensive understanding of what cuts and color would flatter you most. Amanda is a wonderful listener, and has a wonderful and cheery disposition. Amanda and her staff are truly the best, and I’m so lucky to have found her. She is a gem in the industry!

I’m new to the area and needed a new place to go for a good cut. After searching on Unilocal I decided this was the salon for me. Over the course of a week, I called several times (during business hours). Each time, I got an answering machine. After the fifth call or so, I finally left a message asking for a call back to schedule an appointment. That was last week– I still haven’t heard back. If a salon isn’t going to have a receptionist, they could at least call potential clients back. Needless to say, the search for a salon in this area continues…

I’ve always been very particular about who cuts my hair… that surprised me… don’t know why… guess it’s trust issues. For years I’d only let my wife cut it (and even that took time)…but when I first let Corey cut my hair I knew I’d found someone I trust… and I’ve been a loyal client since. His ability to not only execute what it is you want, but also to be honest and suggest alternatives (he’s always right) is invaluable to me. Every time I head in to get «cleaned up» by Corey, I walk out relaxed, thinking about the quality conversation we had, and looking good… real good. Thank you Corey. Im a client for life.

If you’re looking for an excellent barber/​stylist, I 100% recommend Corey. He’s been my barber for a couple years and I have always been more than satisfied with his cuts. He’s quick and careful, and is great at taking the idea in your head to your hair.
Whether your a man looking to tame your burly beard or a lady looking to get some layering done, Corey’s the guy. Also, he’s up to date on new styles and trends, so your hair will definitely speak for you in a personal but trendy fashion.

I have followed Hannah from salon to salon for nearly 10 years. She provides many services, including facial and waxing services, but her mani/​pedis are the best. I have difficult «runner’s feet.» Hannah makes them look presentable without making them susceptible to blisters. Her manicures are exceptional as well. Polish, even shellac, has a tendency to peel within a few days. With Hannah (and one or two coats of clear polish), a manicure can last me 2 – 3 weeks.
Rosie and all of her staff are wonderful. I am really pleased hannah has found her home here.

I got my eye brows done here by Hannah the other day and specifically asked to not make them thin since I have a good natural width and shape of eyebrow and just wanted to clean them up. She totally made them SOOO thin and took off too much in the middle! They look HORRIBLE! I have to color them in so much now so that I don’t look stupid with how thin and separated they are. The shape is good, but a professional should know not to take so much off in the middle and top. I will not be coming back.

I discovered Trilogy Salon almost three years ago, when I moved to Morgan Hill. I’d tried a few salons before finding Trilogy, but after my first appointment with Rosie, who provided my hair with a cut and color I knew my search was over. I’d found the perfect salon. Warm and friendly staff, from Rosie, to Kathy the receptionist, to all the stylists, and more! You couldn’t ask for a better balance of attention, pampering, (they offer you cookies and tea or coffee), and professional results that last.
Five stars is not high enough for this salon!

As a life-​long resident of Morgan Hill, I have tried many salons. I met Rosie at Trilogy over a year ago and will look no more. Rosie just gets it. She listens and gives her thoughts and works through to make it work. I am very happy with my color and cut every single time.
Hyon is also a Gem. She is so caring too and really delivers. This is the perfect small town care with big city results

After visiting many different salons in Morgan Hill I who say they specialize in color I was acutely aware of how many promised to accomplish my needs and failed to support their claims. Nothing is more irritating than trying to be convinced that you will like the color you have just paid for! We all work hard for our money and expect results that we want. Of course in fairness I have made second and third appointments only to be highly disappointed. Then I discovered Trilogy and have never been happier! Rosie is the best! If you want a hair salon that is not only professional, beautiful and the staff is great then do not miss out on this wonderful salon!!!

I realize this is a review for Trilogy, but a business is only as good as its employees so this 5 star rating is really for Dalina. I’ve been going to her for a number of years, and have followed her from her last salon. This salon is a much better spot anyway, and even though i’m usually the only guy there, it doesn’t feel like i’ve walked in to a women’s-only exclusive clubhouse. Back to the point. Dalina is amazing. She is skillful, and has a wonderfully kind smile, and bright and cheery personality that is welcoming. What I appreciate most is that she is an artist who takes pride in her work. She wants you to look good and goes out of her way to make it happen. After getting my «usual» for years, she asked if I wanted to try something different. I agreed (because I trust her opinion). Let me just say she transformed me from my boring, run o’the mill haircut (short on sides, short on top) to Jake Gyllenhaal-​esque handsome! Even my wife commented to «thank Dalina for me» for giving me a great new cut and style, and making me feel comfortable in the process. I absolutely love it and it just reconfirms why I keep coming to Dalina year after year. She’s a gem. Normally, i would keep this information to myself, and let you continue to get your Lloyd Christmas $ 15 barber shop haircut, but when someone is this good, the world needs to know.

I live in Colorado and visit the San Jose area several times a year while my husband is on business. When here, I always come to Trilogy. The Salon is very clean, the ambiance is peaceful, and the stylists are all experienced, professional and very artistic. I visit there almost weekly for a variety of services. Rosie cuts and styles my hair. She is very imaginative and gets that ‘special look’ for me every time. I have had monthly facials elsewhere for many years. However, with Hannah, I can honestly say I have enjoyed the best facials, pedicures, manicures, and brow shaping that I have ever had. She demonstrates her original creativity beyond words. I tell her she has ‘magic hands’ that totally transform me. I always receive lots of complements from friends and strangers on all of the services that I receive at Trilogy. When I’m not here in California, I sure miss the people and quality of services I always receive at Trilogy!

Had a facial done by hyon. She was great! She made sure I was comfortable and the facial room was nice, clean, and relaxing.

Laura did an amazing job cutting and styling my hair. I would definitely go back! She was so nice and friendly to talk to. She made the experience of finding a new hair stylist easy.

Amanda is a true hair artist. She took my drab «mom» hair style and gave me something that made me feel so beautiful. She is definitely up to date on the best techniques for cutting thick hair. I have a ton of very thick hair and have had it badly damaged by hairstylists who don’t know what they’re doing. I’m pretty sure I’ll follow her wherever she goes, I don’t want anyone else to touch my hair ever again!

I have been following Hannah for years and will continue to for many years to come. ! Nobody does pedicures, manicures and facials like her. highly recommend, you will be hooked! She is amazing!

I first started going to trilogy for my eyebrows with Hyon, she is very thorough and so sweet. I felt so comfortable here right away, the salon is clean and modern. After visiting Hyon a few times and as she became busier she recommended me Hannah who is very precise and equally as nice. I was also in need of a new hair stylist at this time and because of my pleasant experience each visit to Trilogy, I thought I’d get my hair highlighted and cut there as well! It’s so great to get everything done in one place!
I was recommended to use Rosie she is the nicest and knows what she is doing! My cut and highlight looks great! I have been going to her for 6months now and she gives me what I ask for each time and my hair is much healthier! I totally recommend Trilogy for any service they’re great!

I have been constantly trying to find a hairstylist that met my needs for a cut and color (I am very picky) Rosie was phenomenal!
Color: I wanted something different but not too drastic and Rosie suggested a low light. I was fairly skeptial at first, but the color could not have came out better!
Cut: To say the least my previous haircuts were woeful. I have either received a haircut at which 3″ turned into 6″, or an expensive haircut seemed to have no difference then when I walked into their salons. Rosie would constantly communicate with me and would ask if I wanted more/​less off. She is willing to accommodate to whatever hair style YOU desire, rather than cut away to beyond.
I will forever be a customer at Trilogy Salon.

Beautiful salon and lovely ladies. I am one of those that never gets my tusch to the salon, and Rosie gives me an awesome cut that grows out into several styles… best hair cut I have ever had. :-)
