I cannot say enough good things about Value Business Products! Our company (including myself) has been dealing with them personally and it is true, they definitely go above and beyond for their clients! We order everything from coffee to envelopes to promotional items we send out to our 2300+ clients for Christmas and Sam and Stephen deliver to the tee EVERY TIME! We are definitely in good hands with them! They always invite us to their promotional events to see new items they can customize for us waaaay before they are even listed on their website and the products are always of high quality at a reasonable price. Did I mention the office supplies come the next day FOR FREE and the promotional items are mocked up and shipped to our door in about 2 weeks??! Completely blown away by this company! Thanks for taking such good care of us Sam and Stephen!!! And also a big thank you to Sara and Iris who respond to my order questions WITHIN MINUTES of placing them and throwing all the items I forgot to add before submitting my order onto the order for delivery the following day! As an Office manager, they definitely help alleviate any ordering problems I have AS SOON AS THEY ARISE! Love love love Value Business!!! :)

Wow, what a great company! They go far beyond what anyone would expect of an office supply company and always come through cheerfully. I have worked with them for 5 years now as our main office supplier and consider them a great addition to our office!

but also a high horse that they sit on…
as soon as you don’t accept their pricing they tell you to take a hike.

Value Business Products has been a vital part of our business. I am very particular with my companies products, so I do lots of research by finding only the best suppliers around. That being said, VBP has gone above and beyond for supplying our company. They supply us with all of our companies needs in a timely manner. Value Business Products is a wonderful company and the fact that it is local is a bonus. Their customer service is beyond comparison; they really do go out of their way for their customers. You never feel like just a number when you call with an issue and they will try everything to track down even the hardest to find product to make you happy. We have often been approached by other office supplies companies but we always tell them, «We have been using the same local company for over 15 years and would never dream of changing». I have been using Value business products for nearly 2 years and i wouldnt go anywhere else. Iris, Alan and Tony are fantastic to work with and they are so quick to get me the supplies i need.
They have also helped suppy my large event titled «Breathe» and were able to get some really great deals and managed to sneak a few extra goodies in the bag as well.
