I could feel that my car battery on my Toyota was saying «goodbye, I’m done.» I stopped by at this store and Don (Donald) was very helpful. He explained that I could get something that would be just fine for around $ 80 or we could go for the new technology batteries that were about $ 200. They install the battery for you and within a few minutes we were outside and the old battery was being replaced with a new battery.
He told me that my clamp was missing (the metal thing that keeps the battery firmly in place) and I added that to the purchase for $ 4.
I checked my watch and I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Don told me that if I had a warranty claim I would just need to give them my phone number. Quite easy compared to the tire people that want your original receipt and proof of all regular tire rotations before you get 2 cents off of a replacement tire.
I’d give them four and one-​half stars if I could. My only reason for subtracting one-​half is that the parking lot is tricky to drive into. If you’re coming down the hill you have cars behind you at 50 mph and those coming at you that should be at 25 mph (the speed limits differ). Then you enter the property and have to drive up their parking lot hill. Getting out again is trick with a busy road and some cars going slowly and others going fast.
