History

Established in 2012.

In 2012, I was a real estate agent and had a lawn mowing business. I was interested in residential contracting and saw a need for a contractor specifically for handling repairs/​improvements surrounding real estate transactions. Homes are often put on the market before work has been put in to maximize their equity for the owner. Before You List started as a solution for homeowners looking to spruce their homes up before selling. Now we handle all aspects of residential contracting… roofing, siding, decks, bathroom and basement remodels, painting, additions, etc.

Business Owner

Joseph grew up in Morgantown, WV and graduated from WVU with a major in Business Management and an emphasis on Small Business/​Entrepreneurship. He has been self-​employed since a young age and enjoys producing results and solving problems.

Joseph likes real estate because most everyone needs a place to live and call their own. When working with sellers, his contracting background is helpful in preparing the house for sale, both cosmetically and functionally. With buyers, his goal is to find them a home that gets them excited to live there. Buying a home is a major investment and a multifaceted decision, and Joseph will put his work ethic and problem-​solving attitude to work for you.
