Established in 2014.
Len Hancock joined the sales staff of Middletown Homes May 10, 2014. Middletown Homes, was started in 1986 as a family oriented business. It began in Fairmont, West Virginia and over the years has grown to 3 sales locations throughout North Central West Virginia.

Business Owner
Born in Morgantown, West Virginia, Len grew up in Hershey, Pennsylvania. After graduating from Villanova University outside Philadelphia, Len went to work for his father in their family business, LH Jones Equipment Company.
After working in the business for nearly 20 years, the company closed and later Len was hired as a Sales Representative at Middletown Homes Sales at their Morgantown, WV location.
Len and his wife, Nina, have one son, Cooper, and two daughters, Regan and Taylor. Len currently resides in Mannington, WV and commutes daily to Morgantown.
Len and Nina are members of South Ridge Church in Fairmont, WV and their Christian faith is the most important thing in their lives. Len is also involved in the community, volunteering on two local Boards of Directors: Fairmont Federal Credit Union and Chestnut Mountain Ranch.
