This place is shutdown for not paying taxes, wasted a ½ driving there to find this out.

This place totally sucked! Service was TERRIBLE and the staff needs a lesson in positive customer service. If I could give negative stars I would. Would never recommend. Management needs to recalibrate their staff and reevaluate their customer service principles. Service needs overhauled!!!

Terrible food and terrible service! I have only been here once. Some of the girls who work here should not… I will never go back to this place. I ordered a burger and it came out dry and burnt and tasted like it had been sitting in the window for 40 minutes before they brought it out. They weren’t busy it was 2pm on a Saturday and there was a few people and the bar and we were the only table.

Stopped at this place at the Ron in son exit coming home from airport. Worst food I ever had in my life. The beer even sucked. I should have questioned why we were the only ones in there. Never go back! Should have went to Max And Ermas!

Unlike what the reviews might state, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food here. I ordered for the Garden Isle Pizza, which, I think, is probably the best pizza I have had in town. Price of food is reasonable, and the service was fine too. The drinks are slightly overpriced although not a deal breaker. There are cheaper and better options in some terms. However, you get a much wider assortment here than other places, specially the somewhat better brands. I found the specific beer I couldn’t find anywhere else in town.
Definitely a place to visit if you want to hang out with friends, and enjoy your time.

Only one bartender/​server on duty which was kind of lame. No drink specials during the weekdays apparently. I had a grilled chicken platter and it was tiny but delicious. Coworker had a flat bread which ended up being a weird pizza wrap thing.

Ridiculous place. I’m a hot blooded male, and I’m fine with not so ugly girls scantily dressed serving my food. But the point of a restaurant is the food. The Tilted Kilt cares about one thing, and one thing only, profit. They’re not concerned about good food, because the food consistently is terrible. My wings came cold. The waitress/​stripper couldn’t have cared less, and didn’t seem at all interested in us enjoying our food.
There’s a reason, I suppose, why the only good reviews of this place are men, and mostly aren’t talking about the food, and all the female reviews are average to horrible.
If you want to see scantily clad women, just go to whatever incarnation of Lady Godiva’s is out there now, as skip pretending to want food. You won’t get any good food here, and you’ll be lucky to get a waitress that cares.
You may save some money at the stripper joint too. Tilted Kilt is premium prices for less than franchise quality crap.
You’re better off driving down the road to Keglers. Pretty waitresses and much better service and food. Or, well, just about anyplace else other than Tilted Kilt.
I have to say, I didn’t think it could get much worse than the rib joint that used to be in this location, as far as inconsistent quality and service. I was wrong. This is much worse.

Wings are fatty and unpleasant every single time. A shame, because the wing sauces are decent.

Ehh, not a fan of this place. We could BARELY see our menus so we had to order via cell flashlight. I warn you, do not get a grilled chicken sandwich there. Yuck. Their onion rings would have been better if they were fried a little less. They can dress these girls in even less and it wouldn’t make this place any better. My three stars are for the nice service and the cleanliness. That’s it.

The food is «ok»… It’s nothing special. I actually like the atmosphere and would mind the waitresses outfits if they would just give them outfits that actually fits… The nachos don’t come with enough cheese. If you order out, make sure to check your order because they will forget stuff and get it wrong. And the girls don’t pay attention to female guests, they got my order wrong every time I’ve been there but got Jon & Ben’s orders correct each time.

Some of the women may look good and all, but can’t say the same about their food.

I hadn’t been to this place in nearly a year. The long absence was due to my last interaction with this restaurant, wherein myself and a friend were charged for four refills of our sodas. We weren’t drinking, and our waitress apparently thought that we would either tip better based on percentages, or her plan was to post-​void those drinks in order to get a better tip. We paid, and told our server that we wouldn’t be coming back. She apologized, and said that it was a new policy. Total fabrication. She was a total scumbag, and ruined the entire experience. I asked for a manager, and was directed to a guy sitting drunk at a bar, enjoying the fruits of his business. Wasn’t about to ask for a refund from a guy swaying like his was.
Anyway, enough time had passed, and I decided to give it another chance recently. Big mistake.
The food was terrible — the burger came out soggy, the fries were subpar, and the waitress was inattentive and uninteresting. This was not the place that I had come to awhile ago, where there was a wait of 30 minutes to get in, and a line at the bar. On a Friday night, barely a third of the restaurant was seated. Seems like other people in Morgantown have caught on.
The word of the day: Schadenfreude.
Bottom line: stay away. This place is slowly going downhill.

The waitresses look like they could work in a upscale strip club but my waitress did a very good job. No complaints about this place — give it a shot. Will definitely go back without the wife :)

It was difficult to pay attention to anything but the girls, but here goes…
My wife and I went with two other couples. Very friendly greeters, nice atmosphere and the food was actually really good. There is tons of eye candy that puts every Hooters restaurants I have ever visited to shame. The service was very friendly and prompt. The appetizers and entrees were very tasty and nothing was over/​under cooked. All six of us agreed we would return.
Yes, this is ultimately a fantastic beer-​filled man cave with gorgeous, scantily-​clad women, but it’s really a great place to eat! Definitely worth a try!
