Great salon. I’ve gone to a lot of local salons where I have spent four hours for a cut and a gloss because my stylist was seeing three people in between seeing me. This wasn’t the case at all at Bloom. Everyone was super friendly and I am the type to not have an issue with having 8 plus inches of my hair cut off– I trust they are pros and Nicole did an awesome job. She also squeezed me in to get a gloss and managed me and her other clients well. Without a doubt I will be going back to Nicole in the future.
It’s not cheap– but I wouldn’t want it to be. It’s my hair. They also have a menu of drinks which is pretty kick ass! Cannot recommend enough.

As others have said below, Gaby is the best hair stylist and colorist I have met. When she met me she had a vision for my hair and brought me to that vision bit by bit. She is terrific. I am still not too impressed with their eyebrow services and I keep trying different beauticians but none have been great so far.

I’ve been to bloom for a cut and color with Marilyn and was so grateful for the outcome. She began first steps to salvaging my hair from the damage at another salon while achieving the look I wanted. Since then I’ve been to Tricia for brows and a facial and adored the outcome each and every time. Highly recommend Bloom!

Called this salon today to make an appointment. Stated I had never been there before and would like to make an appointment for a cut and a gloss. I emphasized I wasn’t looking for anything complex or time consuming… just a simple cut and, in my past experience, a relatively quick treatment. The woman who answered immediately says «Actually you would be better with a single process.» and kept trying to push that on me. I again stated I wanted a cut and gloss to cover a few pesky grays and I didn’t think a single process would be necessary. She tells me I would need to come in for a consultation before the haircut and I found her to be almost argumentative with me over these simple services. At this point I was confused at the hard time I was getting because I’ve had the same services many times in the past and they’re not that complex. We start to figure out a time and when I tell her what works for me, she tells me I could probably get the haircut but would have to come back for «the single process (color.)» I stated I wanted to get both cut and gloss the same day but that seemed to fall on deaf ears. It is important to note I was not requesting a time close to their closing time, so I could not discern why it would be necessary for me to make two trips. I finally gave up and said to forget it. The woman was not overly standoffish, but it appeared she had a plan for me and my input did not matter. I guess the concept of allowing the customer to request what they want done to their own hair is foreign to her. I could understand if I was being demanding, rude or asking for something out of their normal scope of doing things, but that was not the case at all.
Needless to say I will not be patronizing this salon and am incredibly disappointed by the hard time I was given when all I wanted was to schedule an appointment. I’m disappointed because I had been looking forward to trying this salon. I am very easygoing and tip well over 20%, which now another local Morristown salon will get to enjoy.

I had gone here once before they switched locations and this new spot (right across the street, down a bit from Carlos Bakery/​Starbucks) is so nice & a lot more welcoming! I haven’t gotten my hair colored here yet (need to make an appt desperately) but I have gotten blow outs from Marilyn & Gabby. The blow outs were both amazing & very similarly done and Gabby is the best. The salon has their blow out bar upstairs which is super nice. I’ve been to a bunch of salons in the area & this is the best — blow outs with level 1 stylists are only $ 30 + tip!

After having my hair destroyed at another salon, I found Bloom through the powers of the Internet. The receptionist went over their pricing schedule and set me up with a phone consult with Gabriella to discuss my hair. Gabriella listened and knew exactly what I was asking for in getting my hair healthy again. I had an appointment the following day and was impressed with the salon. It’s hip and fun without being stuffy and pretentious like some other salons in the area. Gabriella did a balayage color with a toner and conditioning treatment and took my hair from a fried blonde mess to a happy and healthy blonde. The cut was really cute too and I was really pleased with the results. I will be back!

Throughly enjoyed my time at this salon! Highly recommend Ryan for eye lash extensions. First time getting the extensions and I will never use anything else on my lashes! If you are looking for excellent customer service, a clean environment and results that reflect go here!

Today was my second visit to Bloom and just like last time, I’m totally in love. I had a cut and color done by Gabriella and she was amazing. She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and then continuously checked in with me throughout the process to make sure she was still in line with my vision. I had a partial balayage done and it came out flawlessly. Her cut was also awesome; I wanted defined layers and a face frame and she did exactly that. I will absolutely be coming back to Bloom and will definitely be continuing to recommend them to all my friends.
